Outstanding work. They installed my gutters to my personal preference when others would not do the work. I wanted stainless steel micro mesh screens as gutter guards and could not find anyone who would install them. Their price was very reasonable. Ebenezer Roofing did quality work.

In April, Herbert performed necessary repair work on my roof. He replaced a rain gutter, installed a missing vent cap, repaired damaged or missing flashing material , and fixed roofing related chimney workmanship that a prior roofer had neglected to perform. He is as fair, honest, and transparent as they come. His price is very reasonable for the quality of the workmanship. I enthusiastically recommend Herbert's team.

They were on time and finished when they said they would. Clean up was excellent. Blake in Sales came out to make sure everything was completed. Blake was my first contact and remained involved through the project which was great. Blake treats you like family. A few adjustments had to be made later on and Blake made sure everything was completed. Blake is very honest, upfront and there are no hidden costs added later. I would definitely work with this company again.

I had your company replace missing roof tiles some time ago. My contact person was Blake Morris. I am not happy with the way the attic fan was attached on top of the roof with no opening to the attic. I emailed him, but there was no response. Why is this? Very unprofessional of him. The installation started out good an it was what I wanted, looks great.
It wasn't until the first rain occurred that I noticed rain water running down between the facia board and back of the newly installed gutters. Once the rain stopped, I climbed my ladder to see why. The installer installed the gutters over the drip edge allowing water behind the gutters. I was able to pull most of the drip edge up and out from behind the gutter, but had to losses some fasteners for the remainder. I also noticed the high end of the 38' long gutters on the back of the house were lower than the middle

Ebenezer roofing replaced the roofing on my home in Yorkshire, within the Manassas, Prince William county area. They stayed in constant communication with me prior, during the replacement and after the work was completed. They addressed any concerns I had before the work begun, showing concern for my well being and respect for the house and my… property. I appreciated that. We only rescheduled once due to rain. We had a roof that had been patched up one too many times in our townhome in Manassas. After the last big storm we had we knew it was time to replace the roof. I called around to different contractors but many seemed disinterested and rushed to just give me an estimate. what set Ebenezer Roofing apart is the level of effort they apply throughout the entire process. They replaced our neighbor's roof and left a mess all over our deck and backyard. There were nails and dangerous materials left everywhere that could have injured our dogs. I called the owner and complained. To make it up to us, they replaced 3 missing shingles on our roof that were blown away by a windstorm and promised to repaint parts of our deck that were damaged from their employees throwing materials all over our property. These guys were nice enough, took some before pictures and after pictures and provided a good 5 year warranty. The roofing job seems to be holding correctly. The issue is that they made a huge mess, with parts of my old roof thrown all over my front yard. There was a board with a bunch of nails in it in my driveway, waiting for somebody to step on or to run over. They also broke a lamp in my front yard, which is something that they deny. Seems like reasonable workmanship, but the professionalism is lacking.
