We contacted Freddy and Son Roofing for an estimate on our leaky skylight. Our house has a flat roof so finding a skylight which could open was quite a challenge. Freddy and Son Roofing was the only company not only to give us a suitable option BUT also the lines of communication were very open. However, they were the most expensive. This company did not communicate effectively about a section of the roof (seen below in the pictures). I was told my insurance would cover my entire roof replacement however Freddy and Son Roofing was negligible and failed to report to me that insurance would not cover a section of the roof. I tried multiple times to speak to customer service about this lack of communication and how to proceed in fixing the rest of my roof, including going to the work place and speaking to their supervisor. However, I was met with false sincerity and promises that the company failed to keep and finally silence

I spoke with Marc Mitchell from Fredy’s about a possible roof repair, or roof replacement. He provided detail photographs and broke down my options to help me make a decision of how to proceed. He presented himself as professional, knowledgeable and genuinely interested about how to solve our roof leak. The installation process of our new roof went seamlessly. The work crew showed up on the day of installation, on time and work diligently throughout the day. They took time to prep our property for falling debris. They did an excellent job cleaning up, making sure there were no loose nails shingles

Marc and Brian from Freddy & Son went above and beyond to assist with my full roof replacement. They came out to my home multiple times before the actual project was installed to help get my roof approved through insurance. Marc provided me with a detailed folder with all information and materials that would be installed on my roof and explained the process of install from beginning to end. On the day of install the owner Freddy was on site to introduce himself and help with my project. Silvia, in their office, was very friendly and scheduled Freddy to come out the very next day for the estimate. Freddy explained the higher quality materials they use compared to a competitor's quote (plywood vs particle board if needed for replacement pieces, more durable plastic ridge vent...). The crew arrived exactly on time and was finished by the early afternoon. I received many progress pictures throughout the day and the area was cleaned up very well. The crew were all very professional and courteous
