Services
Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay area, Tom graduated from Hayward High School before entering into the roofing industry in 1973. Starting out as an installer, Tom learned multiple disciplines working for several roofing companies, one of them being the largest roofing contracting company on the west coast in the 80s and 90s.
Our sales team and expert technicians perform a comprehensive roof analysis by inspecting existing conditions, assessing current roof assembly through core samples to determine if the project will be on overlay or tear-off, and measuring roof area square footage. Every roof survey is completed thoroughly by taking photos, capturing notes and working with the facility owners to learn about problem areas and how they can be addressed.

We are committed to continuing education on the latest products and installation, keeping abreast of building code changes and ensuring our clients are maximizing their investment in their buildings. Since 1952, the Associated Roofing Contractors of Northern California (ARCNC) has been the voice of the roofing industry in the Sacramento and Northern San Joaquin Valleys.
