You'll get no low commissioned workers who need to upsell the job to make it pay. Halls are $5 per 10 feet. Includes spot and traffic lane treatments.
One set of stairs count as one room if done with 2 rooms, otherwise $30.00-extra set of stairs $30.00. Living room/dining room combinations count as 2 rooms. Rooms over 220 square feet count as 2 rooms. Red removal is extra. Excessive gum removal is extra. Neglected and extra dirty carpets may be extra.
Area rugs are priced separately. Late cancelation and No-show fees: There is a $15.00 late cancellation fee if cancellation is done within 24 hours of appointment. There is a $30.00 no show fee. Flakes waste our time, work slots, and gas. It's rude to the other good customers who wanted the slot that got wasted.

JB is a professional, prompt, and excellent carpet cleaner. He called to confirm my appointment, was on time, and cleaned the carpets so well. I had a gross roommate that left the carpet super stained (food stains, nail polish stains, who knows what else stains), and he was able to get 95% of it out. He was very honest about which stains he could get out, which was refreshing.

My landlord told me to contact Jack, so I did. He called and showed up diligently the next day. I see this guy pull up in a van and I'm thinking, "Okay, where is the big truck with all the equipment?" Well, worry not friend. Jack did one of the most spectacular jobs I have ever seen. I had a bunch of corporate carpet cleaners in here before and Jack blew them out of the hot water. I went to work as Jack got busy and when I came home, it was spotless. Jack should be your goto guy.

I heard about JB's Clean Carpets through my property management company, and I'm so glad I asked for a referral. I admit, I was a little concerned when I read some of the other reviews here, but figured I'd give Jack a chance. Sure, he's not necessarily one of those sparkling personalities, but he certainly wasn't rude and once he got to talking, I found him to be pleasant and very kind.

Something is wrong with this guy. After agreeing to meet at a specific time, I showed up to my front door to see a note saying "waited until after five pm." The problem was, it was only 4:45 PM. When I called him he told me he was at home drinking a beer and that he doesn't wait for people. When I explained to him the timestamp and the fact that my wife left a key for him, he told me "F you, F You, F you," and hung up. I don't care how cheap prices are, that's terrible business by a terrible person.

With 2 active German Shepherds, we get our carpets cleaned 2-3 times per year, and have used Stanley Steemer for the vast majority of the many cleanings over the years. Their carpet cleaning service has generally been excellent, and if their rates were cheaper, we'd get the carpets cleaned more often. With that in mind, I'm always on the lookout for a cheaper alternative, and based on the reviews for Jack/JB's Clean Carpets, I thought I might have found it. His prices are about 1/3 of what I've been paying SS. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for.

Jack came on time and did a wonderful job cleaning my Berber carpet. He is a hard worker, honest, clean, friendly and a gentleman.
He performed some minor miracles and I could not be happier. He is the best carpet cleaner in San Diego. I will always call him when I have carpets to be cleaned.

I'm going to try to keep this as honest as possible. He went above and beyond on our place. There were large spots, dark as it could possibly get, that I thought were lost causes. I told him to not worry about it but he just looked at me funny and said "Don't be silly".

Jack is amazing! Excellent honest job and he's very down to earth. This guy won't over charge. He also uses a special solution that other companies charge 30 bux for, and he includes it within his cleaning. Which by the way is very reasonable. His prices are great and so
