Scheduled for them to come out today at 11:30am husband called on Wednesday to confirm the time and date 3/30 at 11:30 we never received a phone called to schedule or anything they never showed it’s literally 2:02pm and we still haven’t received a phone call. Poor customer service if I could give them no stars I would.

Since buying my house 2 years ago, there has been this mysterious stain at the top of the steps in my foyer. I have tried everything to remove this stain and I was eventually referred to Philadelphia Carpet Cleaning Pros and to my surprise stain absolutely gone! Thank you so much!!!!!
