I am not a type to write a review but this is a horrible company. they have multiple names under the same phone number. I used the thechimneyxpert.com which has the same 866-488-8168 phone #. Very rude, waste of money. Brought a cap that 2 size small for my chimney and when I asked why it is small, the response was this is basic!!!

I do NOT recommend and would prefer to give no star. The price quoted was way above the average (my fault for not researching more). Sam did not tell us until he was well into the job that he would only take cash or credit card, the latter requiring a 3% fee. He said our vent in the attic was cut and needed to be replaced, even though we've never had any service there (hum). He also told us the name of his company was "ADC," not Kleen Green. We called to voice our concerns, hoping he would make the situation right; he hung up on us. We paid cash: I wonder what the IRS would think

Wow, bad reviews all the way around. I wished I had done my research before calling - but I was in a hurry because I needed to get my house on the market. Tech came up in an unmarked van. He was pushy, berated me for not cleaning my vent more, and asked why I hadn't done regular maintenance. I finally told him that I know I should have cleaned my vent more and asked him to just do his job. He seemed to have a problem getting the brush head all the way into the vent, complaining about bends in the pipe, and then asked me about the venting layout in the home. I told him I had no idea. DO NOT USE. RUDE AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. These folks did Dryer Vent clean at my current home during the sale process. My seller provided the receipt from this company which stated 1 year warranty. Receipt was not clearly filled including the customer name was left blank. 3.5 months after I moved into the home the dryer vent flap fell off and i noticed it was taped back on after being broken. To make it worse a bird got in and got stuck in the Vent. My father took the bird out for us. Called the company to do a clean so that we are not exposed to anything hazardous to our health. They showed up on time to clean out my dryer vent. They went into the attic because they were having some trouble with their tools. They took apart the pipes to finish up the lint removal. When they put the pipes back together, they used plain duct tape, not the kind that should have been used. A few days later we noticed a water spot in the closet where the dryer vent goes. When we went into the attic, there was condensation/water all over and the duct tape was coming off.
