When I called yesterday, the lady that answered was very nice and made an appointment for this morning between 9 and noon. Doug called just before 9:00 to confirm directions, and was prompt, courteous and efficient. Repaired my dishwasher, stayed to make sure it was working properly, and charged a fair rate for the service call. I would recommend them.

We moved into a house which had a washer and dryer in it. We discovered the washer had a leak right away. Thomas appliance said they needed to order the part. Each time the management company called the part was on backorder and it would be one more week. Now we're into the fifth week and they're still stalling this thing out. This is 2017, the worst backorder in the world doesn't take 5 weeks. And how many people could be ordering that particular part? Not a fan of this company.
