After calling about for pricing on my well pump($3k to $5k) this place replaced it for $2100.

I was buying my new house and was held up due to issues with our existing septic system. Called several companies and could not get anyone out until I called Aqua Star and spoke with the owner who had someone out the same day! They inspected and repaired my septic in one visit. They were so professional and friendly that I not only continue to use them, but have happily recommended them to family and friends who have used them for everything from new installs to maintaining the contracts on their septics. I bought a house in conroe that needed a new water well and septic system installed. I was worried about what it would cost but after talking with Ashley she was able to discount it down and split it into payments. They did a fantastic job and answered every question that I could think of. We had a well and septic system installed by this company, they done everything from permits, affidavits, to a one day install on the septic to a two day install on the well. I was very happy with the courteous crews on each job all the way to the employees at the office.

ONE YEAR after putting our septic system in, they had to dig up the manifold and adjust the valves - not their fault, but they stood up to the job and considered it "warranty". Gotta love that kind of service!!!

They drilled a new well and septic for us in our new home they took care of everything made the experience so easy and showed us everything we needed to know about the systems i enjoyed working with them very much
