Where to even start. I asked Ray for a cleaning 2 days before they did it. Said no problem, we will be there. We were originally quoted for 4-5 hours because of the size of our place. I don't think they realized how large our townhouse was, and to be fair, it wasn't the cleanest left place so every room needed attention. I think they ended up being there for 7 hours, which shows their attention to detail.
They cleaned everything, fan blades, stove, refrigerator, they even got some paint off the floors that the previous tenant left around and we couldn't get off.

I had a terrible experience with this company. No one came at the appointed time and the owner kept giving me the run around about who would come. I needed to make contact for all updates myself. After two hours someone came who said they were a supervisor and would not be cleaning. After two and a half hours, we gave up and said never mind. What a total disappointment.

Raymond and his team went above and beyond my expectations. I was moving out and needed the place to be in the best condition. To be honest, I am not the cleanest person, especially the kitchen was very dirty. Not only did Raymond and his team spend 8+ hours on my 2bd 2ba condo but the place looked even better than when I moved in! The kitchen is sparkling clean! Thank you so much.

Raymond came before time for our scheduled appointment and worked tirelessly for 5+ hours on our 3BR home move out cleaning. He cleaned all surfaces that they were shining and even removed hard glue from floor, including wiping the marks on walls. I plan to contact him for cleaning my other home too.
