R12 Window Cleaning

One story single family home.

Had gutters cleaned back in early December 2019. Initially all seemed good but rotten leaves and gunk from gutter was just left all over patio and walkways, I had to hose off after the fact and let it go at the time.

Since little to no rain fell since gutters were cleaned I assumed all was good. But at the first moderate rain, mid January, water was spilling over gutters. Had to ask Tim to come back out which he did, was here all of five minutes and off he went.

They came out to clean the windows of my two story home that was about to be put on the market. There was nothing difficult about the cleaning other than it was a two story home. They were referred by my realtor. I was charged over $500.00 for the cleaning. They did a good job but I thought it was extremely expensive for the work done.

Tim showed up ahead of time after calling to see if he could come sooner than scheduled. He was great, went right to work cleaning our gutters, charged a fair price. I would highly recommend.

Tim did a great job. Cleaned our windows inside and out, screens, solar panels, and skylights. Our house looks much brighter and cleaner, and we are now ready for winter rains. (Rain + dirty windows and screens = ugly mud-streaked windows) Enjoying our sparkling clean outlook!

Tim is exceptionally responsive and easy to get a hold of. He offered to do an over the phone estimate or send someone over for a more accurate estimate. The quote was reasonable and straightforward. Shane came out to clean the windows and he was honest and forthcoming about the state of the windows. He let us know which ones were beginning to have moisture accumulate and which ones we need to be careful of if we clean on our own. He respectfully wore booties in our home.

My windows are spotless and my experience with both Tim and Shane was super! Tim got right back to me with a quote, scheduled a date and got me on their calendar quickly during a busy time. Knocked on the door one morning a few days after I'd had surgery and wasn't answering the door quickly, much less for unexpected visitors. I never said to come over yet this guy ignored the fact that no one answered and decided to let himself into my backyard and start looking around! I sleep with my curtains open and was afraid this trespasser, not knowing who it was or why they were there, was going to see me in bed with medical equipment and everything. UNACCEPTABLE!

Tim was very friendly and educated me on my roof cleaning needs. He came over to do our gutter cleaning and was able to accommodate our scheduling. The gutters are now clean and he assured us the work has a 6 month guarantee in case we run into issues. Thanks Tim!

If you are looking to get your windows cleaned with good pricing, this is the company to go with. I looked around and called around and when I contacted this company, Tim came to my home within an hour to give me an estimate. I asked him to look at the gutters and after looking at them, he said they are good no need to spend money on them. What honesty. On Friday he came to our home, the job was to perfection. Windows were very clean with no drip residue anywhere and my floors and walls were clean too. I have had bad experiences with lines on my walls and floors with spots, but not with this company

This company did a really good job on my many 3 pained windows and French doors, screens and window sills.
AND they were more reasonably priced than their competitors. They're name refers to Romans 12:12, by the way! Highly recommend these guys!

This is the second time I used their service. I requested 3 hours of cleaning. They did a good job in two bathrooms and kitchen. I will most likely call Rosa again next time if tenants move out.

Spoke with Tim for a gutter cleaning appointment and managed to secure a reservation 3 weeks out. Pricing was towards the higher side but they were willing to provide proof of insurance which was extremely important if someone is going to be working on your roof from a liability perspective...

Shane showed up on the day of the appointment towards the later part of the window and managed to clean out the gutters by walking on the roof, using water and a leaf blower. The entire exercise was complete in an hour.

Pricing was marginally negotiable and payment by check to the business was preferred

Made an appointment 2 weeks prior with R12 to ensure a solid cleaning date. Shane showed up 2 (two) hours late. Did not have a ladder and complained of the pitch of my roof being too steep. I reminded him we had discussed these two topics when we booked the appointment. Shane proceeded to complain about branches close to roof line and wanted to increase the cost of the original bid. At that point I terminated the appointment.
Too busy, too sloppy, too greedy.

Awesome gutter cleaning service! I called around and most places did not answer their phones. The couple I did get a hold of were widly more expensive.

Pros:
I called on a Tuesday, they came out the very next day.
They offer a Yelp deal. Just mention it when calling.
Since I could not be home at the time of the cleaning, they sent me before and after photos.
I asked if everything looked in good condition. They were honest and did not try to upsell anything.

I highly recommend them!

The R12 team was quick to respond to my inquiries and was out to clean my gutters and windows (inside & out) within 3 days.
They were flexible, efficient and clean. In addition, they were very tolerant of my kittens that followed them from window to window.
I was very pleased with the results and have already scheduled them to return after the new year.

Just had my windows and gutters cleaned by Brad and Shane of R12 - LOOOOONGG overdue and it looks awesome. I could sing the Johnny Nash song "I Can See Clearly Now (the rain is gone)"!
Very nice and super fast and efficient - even wore booties in the house and were careful moving stuff.
