I was nervous about hiring a cleaning service for my apartment move-out cleaning. Not only have I never hired a maid, but my landlord is an extremely fastidious, detail-oriented man (which is why I decided to finally hire someone). Sandra came over, fully-masked, to discuss what I needed done, and to give me an estimate. Sandra and her team are Amazing! I've been using their services for apartment cleanings the past year. Sandra comes out to every call, and provides an estimate. Seven months into shelter-in-place our house needed a deep clean. On a Wednesday, I contacted SVHC. That same day, we had set up a time that worked for us, that very next Monday. The owner made a brief visit on Friday in order to provide a quote, which was very reasonable. I appreciated that she never said "Yuck" or "Ugh" because the house was not in good shape at the time! Really lucked out with Silicon Valley House Cleaning! After a venue cancellation I needed to change the location of the bridal shower I was throwing, to my house (3b 2.5ba). EEK I have children so not only does my house always look like a cyclone came through, but where would I find the time to deep clean? Very happy with Silicon Valley House Cleaning! I signed up for a monthly service and have enjoyed it so far (I am 3 months in). They do a great job, have always arrived at the beginning of their estimated arrival window, and are very friendly. They make sure enough cleaners are assigned to each household so that they are thorough but efficient. I also appreciated that when I first contacted them, the first thing that happened was an in-home consultation. Just hired Silicon Valley House Cleaning to clean my 2300 sq ft home twice monthly and they just delivered the initial clean. It was outstanding in quality in every way! Were 2 cleaners, they dusted EVERYTHING -- doorways and doors, baseboards, wall mounted lights, every slat of my window coverings by hand, etc. I have a drink cart (2 level) and they emptied the whole thing and dusted everything by hand. I had other items my prior maids had not "touched" for MONTHS :-) -- all clean. It was more thorough then I imagined -- a nice surprise!

We used SVHC for 3 or 4 months. The initial, first-time cleaning was a little disappointing, but after communicating what I wanted felt satisfied enough to not go through the inconvenience of cleaning myself or finding another service. My relationship ended with SVHC when I received a text the day of my cleaning explaining that my standing, weekly service had to be cancelled due to a cleaner hurting her back at another home. We' ve just moved to a new place. It was lots of dust left after the remodeling and lots of dirt left by the previous owners in different places.
Amazingly all this crap was taken out and every corner cleaned out.
It was hard (4 ladies worked for 8 hours and Bert helped them several times as well). But the result was wonderful. Thank you guys!

SVHC is terrific! Found this wonderful company on YELP, and if 10 stars were a rating, they would get it. Bert was great and so quick to respond, WOW! Sandra came out to coordinate the cleaning... taking notes about the home layout and our personal requests for cleaning. She was nice and thorough. The cleaning team of 3 performed a detailed, full house, move out, deep cleaning of our 3 story home in 2.5 hours; and it never looked better!

This was the first time I caved and looked to a cleaning service to come and help clean my place. I am extremely impressed at how smoothly and thorough the whole process was. From the sweet interaction with Sandra who came and saw our apart to give us our quote, to the quick appt set up and then the superb job the cleaning crew (2 ladies) performed. I have been using team 140 for a number of years. They have fantastic, always on time, very comfortable around my dogs and always friendly. The results have been great each time they have been out. I highly recommend them. The day before the show up I get a text from the owner telling me what time to expect them. I feel very comfortable with them having full access to my home while we are away.

I was fortunate to find this company during my Yelp search. Bert was very quick to respond and coordinate a time with me for his cleaning crew to arrive. I got to meet with one of the cleaning ladies first to get an estimation, then when the day comes, two of the ladies who came to the rescue and managed to put my condo to the original shape before it was ruined by my renter.
I will upload some before and after photos here just to show the huge difference they made. They truly are magical. I would recommend them without hesitation.

The whole process was so great. Sandra came to my house and took down all the information about what I need cleaned and gave me a quote. The communication when booking a date was super simple.
On cleaning day they showed up to clean. My house needed some major deep cleaning and within two hours they had my house looking spotless. I am definitely scheduling them on a regular basis. I am very pleased!

I was looking for a house cleaning service after getting behind on cleaning after a vacation. I sent an email to SVHC and then replied promptly. They were able to schedule me for the next day. My house is a little hard to find and they called promptly at the scheduled time for directions. Two of the sweetness ladies did an OUTSTANDING job. Will definitely use again.

Wow! Bert and his team did an awesome job at our 5 Bed/ 3 Bath place in Cupertino. I know if your reading this you were like me and looked at lot of cleaning services, this is the best.
I snapped some before and after pictures, I could not believe how clean they were able to get our Stove top, we didn't recognize it. I've never seen our sink as white as they were able to get it.
Bert also talked to me after hours from home, accommodating my schedule after normal business hours, very flexible.

I've a biweekly cleaning schedule with them. The two ladies always show up on time and work very honestly! They're very open to recommendations and listen carefully to meet my expectations.
The only one little problem I've run into is whatever chemical they use in the bathroom, doesn't smell good. It almost smells like pee. Last time I requested if they could use bleach instead, they did that happily without any hesitation!

I've used their service for a deep cleaning in my home and my friend had them clean her apartment recently.
First off , this business is run by the owner , Bert , who is such a nice guy. He's so accommodating and very professional. He responded to calls in a prompt manner , always had a pleasant attitude and is always trying to please the customer. That speaks volumes !
