The staff that show up are always friendly and professional. We use their monthly services but in the past few months they have been consistently late. (for example, we booked 9am and waited until 11:30). The appointment time is an estimated time (+- 1 hour). But if they are late for 2 hours+ It makes it really hard to coordinate with family members and make plans for the day.
The staff are hardworking and efficient. I just think the owner/manager may need to improve their booking to prevent consistent delays in appointments. Maybe add a bit more buffer time between appointments so that there

Anita's Home Cleaning was amazing! They accomplished all I asked them to do with time to spare. When they were done, they offered to do more the remaining with time they had left. I haven't had my home look so clean in ages. Thank you Mary for making my home feel like a home again! A HUGE weight has finally been lifted! 😇

We were looking to trial Anita's Home Cleaning Service. We asked for a deep cleaning of our 2 Bathrooms & Kitchen. We were AMAZED by JEN & MANUELA!!! If you are looking for a great crew to clean your home, search no more. This team is doing an amazing job! They always arrived in time, left our apartment sparkling clean and sometimes surprised us with lovely messages. We usually coordinated our schedule with Sara and I have to say, we absolutely love her! She is extremely nice and flexible and always made sure she left us with a smile.
