Jonathan picked up the phone himself right away and came over to make an estimate. He charges market price for the job but does or have any administrative expensive so overall job cost comes to less than the guys who have a 800 number answering service. Fast job scheduling (for the time that has been convenient for us), easy communication: he calls you so you know exactly when he will arrive to your house. No taking extra time on the project, site preparation and cleanup. Will provide you with the before/after pictures if you ask. No problems, highly recommend.

For me, pride in workmanship is important. Jonathan is a true craftsman with decades of masonry expertise behind him. The pictures show my 10 year attempt to delay the inevitable with my white elastomeric paint repair AND the new chimney, crown, and damper caps that JPL constructed. I now have 2 fully functional fireplaces again. His price was competitive, the work timely, and I think that the end result speaks for itself. Thanks gentlemen!

Jon and his team were outstanding. They were extremely professional with quick and effective communication. His level of expertise was evident in both his scoping of the job and in his work. When I asked for additional repairs, beyond the original scope, Jon was able to fit this extra work in for a much lower price than I expected. I’m very pleased with the work completed by Jon and Chris on the chimney. They were very professional and able to address problems identified as they arose. Very easy to work with. We had Giuseppe at our home this afternoon to inspect and clean our two fireplaces - one gas, one wood-burning. He was wonderful - super knowledgeable and very detailed! He clearly explained the cleaning process as well as everything he found while inspecting our fireplaces. We highly recommend Giuseppe and JPL Masonry!
