Had a lintel above a deck door replaced.
Price was competitive without bargaining or "discounts" that others offer.
Team was courteous, professional and helpful throughout the process. Work was done very well and everything cleaned up.
I was told up front that replacing the lintel would lead to damage to the gutter / sofit above the door which I would need to call other specialists to come out and fix. Jim was nice enough to manage this part for me at my request. To my surprise, they were able to get the job done without damaging it so my total was actually less than the estimate! Hard to find

Midland Masonry worked on my garage and basement entrance and did a terrific job. The guys were super nice and easy to get along with, very attentive to detail, polite, and even came back the next day to check on things and go over a few spots that needed some additional attention.
I'll likely need some more work done in a year or two and won't hesitate to use Midland again. The price was reasonable, too!
