Hector and team did a great job cleaning and sealing my tile. I also got my area rug cleaned. Since they did such a good job I decided to have my mom's rug cleaned (which is smaller than mine) and they wanted to charge me DOUBLE what I paid. I posted my complaint on their Facebook page, which they promptly deleted. 2 Stars due to inconsistent pricing, may want to shop around.

This was a disaster! They came to my house, gave me a quote to steam my Saltillo floors and after they steamed cleaned it for $900 dollars. It did not look any different then when it was mopped. They applied one coat of sealer and still the same so they sold me an additional coat or 278.00 and that barely made it look better. I was supposed to get two rugs cleaned for and floors done for 1300.00 and when it was all done they hit me at 2k. Horrible communication and their price for the work done is overpriced. I picked this company because of their Google reviews and it’s beyond me how they are

The tech was very helpful and informative. He set clear expectations prior to the cleaning and took his time ensuring he did the best job possible. We have 4 dogs and had not had the sectional cleaned in 2 years. There was builtup stains from the dogs rubbing against the back and he was able to renew the sectional and leave the carpet looking brand new as well.

I spent countless hours with my Hoover carpet cleaner and finally gave up and called Alamo Steam. Hector was prompt and extremely professional. He took the time to go over the carpets with me, and clearly explained the process. My carpet looks wonderful. They also clean and restore marble floors, grout cleaning..stone fire place cleaning. Prices are super reasonable. Some things are better to rely on a professional for..and carpet is definitely one of them. Highly Recommend Hector with Alamo Steam Clean

We just bought a home and need to have the carpet cleaned before we moved in. I called and the attendant on the phone was extremely helpful. I had an appointment in days not weeks and they gave me a price upfront. The gentleman that cleaned the carpet called to say they where on the way, where on time, and made quick work of it. They were very friendly, not creepy at all, and explained everything! I even received a spot cleaner. I will/would recommend this company to everyone. My carpet look brand new thank you so very much!

After pricing around, I decided to get work done by the Alamo Steam Team. I usually do not partake in writing reviews, however, I was blown away by the job done by this company. Joshua, David, and Zach were extremely efficient and quick when working on my air ducts. Their professional manner and great communication skills put me at ease. They let me know exactly what was going on and answered all my questions in a very informative and respectable fashion.

GREAT TEAM! They were PROMPT, THOROUGH and VERY PROFESSIONAL. My great team consisted of having Jeremiah, Zach, and David that came by to clean out our air vents. I had terrible allergies every time I got near the vents and that all went away thanks to these guys.
I called around to see what was the best deal after being quoted over a grand by multiple companies and found an amazing deal with Alamo Steam Team. I would recommend them to family and friends and can't wait to use them again.

The Alamo Steam Team members Jeremiah and Joshua just cleaned my air ducts and I am beyond impressed by their professionalism. They were efficient and knowledgeable. They provided great information regarding regular maintenance without hassle or up sale. This company is one of a handful of NADCA certified companies in San Antonio and did exactly what the EPA recommended. There are cheaper companies out there but you get what you paid for. The Alamo Steam Team has a customer for life!

We had Jeremiah and his team (Josh and Joe) come this morning (Monday, Aug. 17, 2015) to clean our A/C ducts and dryer vent. They took down all of our registers (12) and cleaned them; they ran a circulating brush with a vac connected to it through every one of the ducts; they inspected the ducks in the attic and in doing so found a hole in one of the ducts which they repaired. They also ran a circulating brush up the dryer vent to the roof and then climbed upon the roof to inspect the vent cap to insure it was clean. After all of the ducts had been cleaned they fogged the ducts and then replaced

Just WOW! In brief, my guest room mattress and living room floor were in a poor state after Memorial Day weekend. I called mult companies, got quotes, etc. I was pleased with quote for mattress and floors, and they were able to send out technicians IN THE SAME DAY. I think it was a total of 30m, ~$200 for 2 rooms floors plus mattress. My mattress is fully restored AND they left cleaner for old stains!! My living room and master bedroom look wonderful! I plan on using this company again for my game room, and other guest rooms upstairs. I also plan on telling my family and friends.

I researched duct cleaners in San Antonio and quickly learned the NADCA certification has merit. Alamo Steam Team is one of only a few listed on it's website for SA. They sounded competent over the phone and quoted me a moderate (but not free) price. Be very leery of the $89 and $49 specials listed in fliers and coupon sites. I wouldn't work for free and you get what you pay for (or you get hustled). Jeremiah and assistant came over to clean for me today but upon inspection made an alternative suggestion. My ducts are fairly clean and he was very honest with me and didn't see
