I was in a bind when another cleaning company cancelled on me two days before they were scheduled. I also had a hard date for when I needed my house to be cleaned since that was my move out date, and it was only two days’ notice.
BlueSpring saved the day, and on top of that, they did a phenomenal job. I stopped by briefly, and the cleaners were cleaning under the stove, behind the washer/dryer, and even managed to remove some stains in the bathroom that I couldn’t get out in the past year or two. I expected a deep clean, but I was definitely impressed with how thorough and detailed they were

I needed to quickly schedule a one-time cleaning of my house in preparation for putting it on the market. BlueSpring Cleaning made online booking extremely easy and I was able to find an appointment within a couple days. Kristine was wonderful to communicate with throughout the entire process. I felt very valued and cared for as a customer. The cleaning team did an amazing job and my realtor said the house “looked perfect”. I was so impressed with BlueSpring and look forward to using them again in the very near future!!

First time using this company. I would say this was just okay. I am on crutches and needed the cleaning done. The floors were not done properly. Dirt left in the corners of the kitchen. I called and sent pictures. BlueSpring offered to come back for a re-clean, but I did not want to go through having them back. The remedy offered was a 25% off my next clean, which is highly unlikely they will have my business again. The service was friendly and on time, not the quality clean I wanted for $295, for a 2 bedroom townhome.

Blown away by the customer service. Was able to schedule my appointment online and the BlueSpring delivered. They even helped me get my appointment rescheduled multiple times as our moving schedule kept shifting.
I will definitely use again to keep our new home spotless.

Had my mother in law's home cleaned before the Thanksgiving holiday. While she is social distancing, she did have a family member come stay, so I wanted everything to be sanitized before and after they leave.
I planned to use this company for the first cleaning, and a different company for the return service, just so I could compare. Her house was cleaned immaculately and my mother says the girls that came were really nice to her. So I'll definitely be using Blue Spring to do the follow up service.

Very sad with the service I received. Selected the move in/move out service in an apartment I no longer live in. the job was not completed. I was told two employees would do the cleaning, and only one arrived. That is okay. She was wonderful, but did not complete services requested. My apartment is mostly carpet, and none of it was swept, dusted or vacuumed. When I called to report this problem, I was told I would receive call backs and emails. 3 days of these calls until I received one email with photos, none of the carpet. I paid $300 to have my counters wiped. I was scammed. Don't fall

#1) I love that you can book an appt online. #2) I was seriously impressed by the move-out cleaning service I received! I'm very type-A/OCD when it comes to cleaning, so when I went to check out the completed job at our house old, I was amazed. The fireplace had been cleaned out (which I wasn't actually expecting - I had just forgotten to do it), the windows/sills, refrigerator, oven, cabinets, etc. The floors (all hardwood) also looked great.
This was my first time hiring any type of cleaning service, and I would definitely consider them for routine cleaning in the future if finances
