No, no, no! Don't hire this company. Awful customer service. They will act like you work for them. They claim to be woman owned, but the website shows the Dad is the owner and daughter does the billing. Our experience was HORRIFIC! Do not hire them. They barely touch the pool. In and out in 15 minutes.

Ultimate Pool has helped me with two pools now. My new house has an older pool with issues and they have been very helpful in getting it in better condition as well as referring others. They also helped upgrade the equipment to a salt pool with automation and remote control from my phone. Once we complete a re-plaster the pool will look like new and I have Ultimate Pool to thank for all the help and advice. I also used them for pool inspection during my house shopping, very helpful as normal home inspectors just look and it and say it has water in it.

I had a party planned and called these guys at the last minute and asked if they could clean my pool before my party. They were there the next morning and clean it and found that my salt cell was not functioning right because it was almost gone. They came back later that afternoon and installed the salt cell. Each time I have called they have been so helpful.

Man, oh man. I'm not a reviewer but I had to post. After 25 years with Gary with excellent service, he retired and Ult. Pool took over. They gave terrible service and left our spa a mess. My sister called to try to remedy the matter and the company responded by blaming the victim, saying my parents were the worst customers and that we were "fired." The company said that my parents spoke English well enough to call themselves. BTW, my dad is 87, speaks little English and is hard of hearing. No hard feelings, I hope this company takes this review as constructive criticism.
