The movers, both named Matt, did amazing jobs helping to move a lot of heavy items into a storage unit for me. They were very accommodating, timely, did an awesome job and made sure everything got there safe and sound. Thank you again for your help!

I am extremely impressed with the crew that came to do my move. They arrived on time. They worked quickly and there wasn't even any minor damage to anything. They had a very positive and friendly attitude. I will definitely be using Cross Town again. Kudos to Jonathan and Tipton. I could not have asked for a better move.

Cross town movers is a sleazy operation. They resolved to pay me a fraction of what they lost and damaged. Note that my items were not damaged when being transferred from the Pod to their truck and at no time did their crew flag an issue to me. But it does sound good to be able to blame another company ... raises the element of doubt. Bottom line they didn't tag my items and they didn't flag any damage during the transfer. So no record of what I had. And I ended up with ripped furniture and many missing boxes. The crew allowed it to slip during the move that it was a kind of job

Would highly recommend using crosstown movers especially Justin and Len! They were great! Very friendly, quick and efficient. They didn't shy away when I needed them to move a gigantic fridge only smiled and said we will get it done. If I ever need movers again I will for sure use Cross Town Movers and make sure I request to have Justin and Len as the movers!!

1st move from Eugene was great. So we hired them again.
This time they pushed the front door through the drywall with my stainless refrigerator. The one that I purchased the month before. At the new house they took the door off but, it fell over and destroyed the hardware.
They settled up with the new owners for the drywall damage. We got a check for $275. That's about half of what the appliance stores mark something down that looks like this.
They are great if nothing goes wrong.

These guys did a terrific job! Came over the same day for a very affordable quote. On move day, they were on time. Instead of packing and moving on separate days, these guys came in and packed and moved me in the same day. They went out of their way to make sure my wife and I were all set with where/how we wanted things broken down and set back up. Very happy with Dan and Dave and crew at Cross Town Movers.
