Global relocation services stole our rare coffee table that has been in my family for 50 years. Buck was the name of the driver who stole it. They claimed since we can’t prove we ever owned the coffee table to begin with, they won’t reimburse us for it, or take any additional action. We showed them pictures from one week prior to our move with the table in the background, but they still refused to acknowledge we ever had a coffee table. Coincidentally, we saw the very same coffee table listed on eBay right after we moved. We filed a police report. Do not trust this company if you care about

They managed to lose a $1000 table. It just f*%#ING vanished. Also a box of clothes worth hundreds. Incompetent-stay away. Once they put your stuff in a warehouse with other clients there’s no telling what will actually make it to the final destination.

We got the honour of having Steve, Wendy and Dave move us today. They were extremely thorough and they made sure to ask about anything that they had questions about. They made sure that anything fragile was securely surrounded with protection.
We really appreciate there patience with us Because they help just move to different houses back to back. They are great group of people with wonderful Personalities. They made sure to pack The couch last so we had a place to sit.

Our estimator who gave us the quote was so helpful and didn’t mind my millions of questions. Our movers were very friendly and helpful! The loaded all of our items safely and did it in such great time. I loved that ITS Global had all the services I needed from disassembling and picking up my items from the home I sold, storing it at their storage facility for as long as I need, and then will reassemble when we find our next home on our new adventure moving to a new state! It helped us out so much that they could offer all of those services for us! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking

Moving across the ocean is stressful and overwhelming. Luke and Tyler took away a lot of that stress. They were professional, friendly and reliable. I appreciated that they kept me informed about the process, answered all my questions and checked in with me as necessary. We were caught across country when the pandemic began. Gene Doneka saved the day. He coordinated every aspect of our cross-country move. Prior to the move, he was on-site at the storage facility, overseeing the building of shipping crates for two statues, both fragile. He selected a well-rated driver for the cross-country trip and was on hand while our belongings were transferred from storage to the moving van, even holding out items designated for donation. We are very happy with both the storage and moving done by ITS Global. In 2018, our household contents were moved to their Tigard facility, where their staff loaded it into vaults and stored it for 18 months. Last month, the vaults were loaded onto trucks and then unloaded directly into our house by Luke, Chris, and Nick, thus minimizing the number of times each piece was handled. Luke's team arrived at our house early, finished under budget, and put out mats and blankets throughout to protect the floor, walls and doors from dings. We moved from Salem to Portland. The team of Brian, Brandon and Michael were fantastic. They made sure everything was well protected before loading it onto the truck. They did a fantastic job of moving the Baby Grand Piano to the new house. It sounds just as beautiful as before. We would use them again! Thanks for taking some of the stress out of the move.
