Mike is the best A/C guy. Yes, he absolutely is a professional and knows everything there is to know about A/C. If you have any problem, he can properly diagnose & fix it. What I like about Mike the most, is that when I call, he knows who I am. He takes time to get to know his clients. It's clear his focus is to have clients for life. CCCC is my go to!

Michael came out for a regular service and was very helpful in answering questions and explaining what he was looking at/for. I signed up for the maintenance program and talked about upgrading my thermostats. He was very helpful on all topics and provided a few recommendations. I would recommend you give CCC a try if you are in the area, you won't be disappointed.

Cave Creek Cooling was amazing. I woke up this morning to our house being 9 degrees above what the thermostat was set at. Called them at 7 AM this morning and was scheduled for them to come out later this afternoon between 12-2 PM. They ended up calling earlier than that and were able to stop by around 9:30 AM. Only took a couple minutes and they swapped out the compressor run capacitor, which immediately fixed the problem. 1. Came out bc 2nd floor was not cooling down. Identified the problem, provided a quick fix while we waited for a part.
2. Literally 3 days later, the downstairs went out ! I called mike to see if he could stop by. He called me promptly, came by within hours and had the part to fix my downstairs. Problem solved !

Mike was absolutely wonderful. We had installed a thermostat incorrectly and were stuck without AC overnight.
I had messaged him in the middle of the night for a quote and he was very quick to respond. The price was very very good!
I called him first thing in the morning and left a message and he called back shortly after. He asked what was going on with our new thermostat and had me send him photos. He was actually working on a different appointment that morning, but had to go to a supply store that was nearby our house, so he stopped by. He had everything fixed and the cold air was blowing

An update. Mike came over, not due to a problem, but for Maintenance as we soon enter 'that Season' when Air Conditioning will likely be called on.
He throughly checked out, and cleaned each of my 3 Units, and determined that each, albeit over 20 years old, is functioning well. He is professional, and

I ordered two thermostats and Michael from Cave Creek Cooling agreed to install them for me. Unfortunately after installing the first device Mike determined that the thermostats were not comparable with my systems. He reinstalled my old thermostat and would not accept payment for his time.
