I have never written a review but Four Seasons warrants one. This company is hands down the cream of the crop. Both Office Staff and HVAC Techs were very friendly and got the job done. We were without AC in the middle of AZ summer due to a botched job from a prior tech. We called up Four Seasons and they came and checked out the unit SAME DAY, located the issue and gave us a time frame. I will be recommended Four Seasons to everyone who needs HVAC help. Jorge was wonderful, courteous and just a nice dude! I’m not one to write a review unless I’m truly appreciative and impressed or someone does something super crappy (ask my husband LOL). I spoke with Kevin the owner and he sent out Chris to my house at the last minute just prior to a heat wave hitting Phoenix this weekend. Chris was able to diagnose and fix my problem on the first trip. I would highly recommend Four Seasons for all of your AC, Heating repair or replacement service needs. Really impressed with a company that shows up on time and fixed my AC issues in a prompt and very professional manner. We are happy with the level of service and communication offered. Fabulous people. I had a mini-split installed in my garage. Brittany is super thorough and friendly. Had a bit of a hiccup in my process with changes having to be made in the location of my unit. Owner called and said he wanted to make sure I was happy. I do recommend them, and would use them again should the need arise.

Four Seasons replaced my package A/C unit. There was a delay due to weather but they were very professional in getting the service rescheduled for the following week. Kevin the owner was quick to make sure the job was done right when I had a question. Highly recommend for the great level of service I received.

Great company. I have used them for maintenance on my 2 units for a few years and they are always on time and Brittany is a gem. She is very good at communicating with me as far as appointment times. The technician's have always been very professional and explain everything before any work is performed. I recommend them highly.
