By far the best contractor experience we have had in a long time. Steam It showed up on time (early, in fact. Shocking!) on a Monday morning. Their staff was polite and did a phenomenal job cleaning new tile that I have not been able to find anyone who could clean it. I will be hiring them every time I need my floors cleaned by a professional.

I was not too happy with the job today. The person cleaned all of my carpet, 2 runners and 1 area rug in 1 hour and they sent 1 person. I was expecting my couch to be moved as I paid a $40 furniture fee and it was not. The area rug was not moved and cleaned under though I paid for the room plus an additional fee for the area rug. The gentleman was nice I will say but I feel like I didn't get near the quality of job for the money I paid.

They were prompt, professional, and very reasonable. The carpet looked and smelled great. I totally forgot that my little dog that passed away last year had pottied in the spare bedroom so I didn’t get the enzyme treatment. Big mistake! It was just as they told me it will smell without the enzyme treatment. They were very gracious and gave me a great rate to come back and treat that room with the enzyme treatment. I will use them again and highly recommend them.

So this guy scams people and then he goes into hiding. I filed a law suit, and a sheriff went to serve this guy a notice to find out that his address listed for the company is his own house out of which he moved out 6 years ago.

Not super impressed with this company. The carpet looks better but we can still see spots here and there. We actually moved all the furniture for them and he had the whole area empty. It took him maybe 30 to 40 mins, he did a pet treatment and scotch guard. Just seemed like it was rushed, plus afterward the house smelled like a wet dog so not sure if he used or cleaned the machines prior. Th pet treatment was 80 bucks so it brought the price to $219 NOT WORTH it. I will not recommend them to anyone as I am sure there are better companies out there. Also they only take Card or Cash.

We had them color seal the grout in our entire house. I had zerorez come out this year to clean our tile and the grout seal pealed right off the tile. When I called "Steam It" to ask about the warranty, Mike told me there is a lifetime warranty only if you let him clean the tile each year. I had such bad service the first time I didn't want to use him again (they skipped a whole bathroom and didn't seal it and they made a mess of a lot of my tile by dripping the sealant on the tile). What a useless warranty and a devious way to make you use the company. He gave me an excuse

Would NOT recommend! Buyer BEWARE!!! Found this company through Groupon and reviews looked good. My house is new but wanted a clean before the holidays. He arrived at 11:10 am and was gone before NOON! It takes me about this long to do a vacuum on all my carpets let alone do a cleaning! I have a 2600 Sq ft house with majority carpet. First thing he wanted to do was up sell the pet treatment for additional $20 an area ($120 increase in price). I have two small dogs (non allergic, non shedding, very little scent breed). I had my rug & couches cleaned by Tyler & he did a great job! He strived to make me comfortable, both with him & his cleaning process, & I found him to be very knowledgeable in his craft. I wanted to get rid of my couches and rug before Tyler arrived, but he was able to clean them so well that I am not considering that option any longer. I hired this company from a Groupon and the technician, Alex, was punctual, informative about products & services and I was 90% pleased with the overall service. I had the kitchen tile steamed, all carpet upstairs cleaned, an enzymatic treatment for a pet stain and the stairs steam cleaned. I just had carpets cleaned in 4 bedrooms and the living room and they look fabulous. I'm getting ready to put my house on the market and my realtor was even impressed on great the carpet looks. I forgot to take before and after pics. :(

We had been assigned Austin Steam It for window cleaning from our home warranty. Terrible experience! You can tell by the truck they're not a window washing company. I don't know why they claim that service on their website.

A cleaning service that came without even a carpet shampoo. Stains in the carpet are not at all gone, dirty is not gone, only thing these cheaters did was spraying some water on the carpet. When I asked the cleaners about this I was told to go and write a bad review in internet. This is the worst thing you would ever find. I wish if there was a way to rate below 0 stars for this cheaters.

All I can say is I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing a Living Social voucher, $75 for a home 2500 sq. Ft. First off, I called the number and left a message to make an appointment. No one returned my call. So, after a few days, I call again and was able to get an appointment within a few days. Ok, I can live with that.
