Outstanding service. Called Friday AM. Despite a company message noting they were in all day training and would be back on Monday, we got a return message within 15 minutes and Pat was at our house to fix our washer inside 30 min. Fixed the problem straight away. Outstanding customer service and support. Extremely polite and professional. Most strongly recommend.

Very friendly and professional, but felt the charges were a bit unwarranted. My dryer stopped working and I also asked if they could replace a knob on my washer while they were here. The dryer ended up just needing a reset at the power breaker, which I had tried but the switches ended up being mislabeled. The reset fixed the dryer and then they replaced the knob on the washer I asked for. I was charged 2 diagnostic fees of $98 (1 for each appliance...) as well as the cost of the knob. I did not expect to be charged a diagnostic fee to replace the knob.

Wonderful service!! When the part they ordered for sent to them in USED condition, they stepped up and had another part sent OVERNIGHT! They said they’d work out the details of the added cost on their end. There focus was just to get my washer repaired! Highly recommend this great locally owned company!

I would definitely recommend Delaney's Service. They are prompt, responsive, reliable and trustworthy. They did a great job repairing my dryer, there were no hidden fees, they were polite and even fine with my dog who was very interested in what they were doing.
