I called about 11:30. It was fixed by 1:30. That's fantastic service. Chris knew what he was doing. He had the dryer apart and the new pieces installed very quickly. AAA was the only company that would tell me exactly the cost upfront. All the others I called wanted to do a diagnostic before they would give a cost. I will definitely use this company again and I hope I get Chris to fix my appliance. The dryer works like new.

The technician came the same day to assess our problem and quoted us on parts and labor to repair our stove/cooktop. We had some communication issues within the process, but when the parts arrived the technician came and fixed our stove/cooktop. The Technician, Chris, was friendly, helpful, and courteous. Hopefully the communication issues have been resolved, the work itself was well done and the pricing was reasonable.

I called this morning and they were able to come out in about 2 hours! They do promise same day service but that was lightning fast!
Chris was my repairman and extremely friendly and professional.
He gave me some tips/tricks that could help me save electricity and make life easier (uhhh remote outlet plugs, where have you been all my life?!?) in addition to doing the work.
He worked fast but was very thorough in the repair and explained it very well.
I appreciate that he was honest about my microwave issue. He told me it would be cheaper to just replace
