*update*-the owner of the company reached out immediately the next morning after reading my review, and was very apologetic and accommodating, and had the repairman out that day to resolve the washing machine issue. I greatly appreciated her reaching out and handling the situation professionally and efficiently, and would most likely call them for future services, but strongly feel that the customer service team needs some extra training and/or possible replacement, as that important aspect of the business was the sole cause for the completely unnecessary headache/inconvenience in the first place

Had appointment with ETA of 11-3pm. Never heard from anyone so at 3pm called office. Jenny told us to expect a call within an hour (by 4pm). Never heard from anyone. EVER. Left message at 7pm for some kind of update but now is 3 days later and still have not heard back with an excuse, apology or attempt to reschedule. We called Atlantic Coast Appliance and Aaron came out same day. Now that is customer service! Thanks Atlantic Coast Appliance!

Chris was an excellent technician. He showed up when he said he was going to be here, he did a great job, and was very professional and quick. Chris came to fix my fridge. As he was working he answered every question I had (I had a lot) and explained what he was doing as he was doing it. He left no mess and was very friendly. You can tell how knowledgeable someone is about their profession by how they answer questions. I wouldn't hesitate to call Beaches Appliance Service (Chris) again.
