Hall's Gas Service has been servicing our fireplace for a couple of years. They came out today for a "check up" service and thoroughly went through system as well as patiently answered all of our questions with sincerity. It's nice to know that honest, competent and caring service still exists.

They hooked up my generator to my propane tank. They came out and found an easy and inexpensive way to do it( tying into a gas line to my pool heater). They provided a timely estimate, got me on the schedule quickly, did professional work and went out of their way to coordinate permitting with the firm installing my generator.

They come out and provide a quote before any work is done on all jobs. They quoted my job (connecting a dryer) as 1 hour and the service tech tried to bill me for 3 1/2 hours since he waited for the rain to stop before continuing the job.
I told him he could put a rain jacket on and still work and he scoffed at me. After I told him I would only be paying for one and a half hours he went back to his truck to readjust the materials cost to make them more expensive.
The tech was knowledgeable and did a good job on the gas line. However, the tech showed very little integrity. I would not recommend

Had Hall's Gas Services install and pipe two 120 gallon propane tanks.
Pros: Overall they did a timely and functional job that passed the County's permit inspection.
Cons: 1) Took 3 or 4 follow up telephone calls for them to respond to my request to set up an installation schedule.
2) They did not make any effort to level out the mound of dirt they generated trenching the 10 foot copper line between the tanks and standby generator.
3) The propane delivery man had to relocate one of the tank top copper lines that had been installed blocking the initial fill vent valve.
4) We were quoted $400

I want to praise God for this fantastic company very kind helpful fair prices and they do a great job on there service. And they get to you very quickly and get your fireplace, stove, space heater, pool heater fix plus they hook them up to. Plus they do piping as well. Give them a call you won't regret it.
