I would like to offer my recommendation for service rendered by Action Appliance and the technician, Danny. I called for a repair for my dryer and they were at my door within the hour! The operator I spoke with and Danny were very conscientious, timely and courteous. My dryer was repaired and I'm "back in business again!"

We had a refrigerator compressor installed by Action Appliance and paid $925.000
It Never sounded right and over the years got worse over time ... But, since their technician said it was "Normal" ... we lived with it.
Then it slowly got worse and then unbearable! Like a freight train.
We took the back off the back the refrigerator and found a huge issues!
One of the 4 "Shouldered Bolt" was Missing on the rear of the compressor floor that attaches to the refrigerator frame. (See Pictures attached)
No one would have known about the Missing Bolt unless they took off the

At first Action appliance seamed ok they were able to fit me in the next day to work on my washer, at first the tech said there was nothing wrong with my machine then my wife called back and said it needed a pump and we wanted the doors reversed. We paid up front for the entire job. They called four days later and scheduled the repair, so far everything is fine. The tech showed up to make the repair and the first thing he did was look up how to do on youtube after six and a half hours. He just gave up called the shop and they made an appointment noon to 4p for the next day. There were parts left

We needed our refrigerator repaired. Initially Action Appliance came out quickly and made a hasty diagnosis of the problem. We gave them $700 for a part which they ordered and we waited for several weeks because of back order. They did give us a loaner refrigerator. When they finally returned the technician broke the part and said it needed to be soldered. After days of calling and asking when they would return, they came back and replaced the repaired part. 3 days later the refrigerator broke down again. Hired to repair wash machine and dishwasher. Paid upfront estimated parts and labor. Sent unqualified technician without correct tools, as per technician, who proceeded to try to repair wash machine,spending 3 hours without success. Came back 3 times before repair complete. Did not have tarp nor towels, used ours and destroyed towels and rug with grease. Damaged walls and door. After 4 attempts and 2 last minute cancels did not complete repair on dishwasher. Called out for a service call on a dishwasher for my 86 year old parents. The tech arrived, determined it was a bad pump, stated repair would be $400 and took $200 in cash for Dow payment with expectation of completing repair in 2 days. Three days later Tech has not shown up. When calling the office, they were no help and have ZERO customer service.
This company just exploits seniors and those not capable.
Avoid this place. Zero stars is to much credit for the extremely poor service.

I came back to update my review. I was very unhappy with Action Appliance initially. However, Jesse, Senior Technician, drove out to our place SEVERAL times and replaced several parts and finally fixed our washing machine. I appreciate him tremendously and would give him 5 stars! Great technician and person. THANK YOU!!

Not happy at all with their service. 1st day they did not make it over , second day made it at 7:00 pm. Told me the frame of my blower motor was broke, the blower motor had broke, my heat pump was out of freon. Said it all needed to be replaced to the tune of $15,000 .I looked at it the next day. The motor had come loose from the shaft..got stuck , caused it to overheat. Burned up a part. I tightened the shaft and replaced the part. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If I've ever been felt ripped off it's now! I called about our microwave not heating and the very unprofessional tech put a cup of hot water in it and determined that is wasn't heating, looked in the top of the microwave, didn't test anything, went back to his truck and sat there for 45 minutes and then determined that we needed all new components and it would cost $480! That's more than I bought the microwave for. The company then charged me a $75 for a trip charge. I called to complain and the manager didn't believe what I was saying

This company has an "F' rating with the Better Business Bureau. There is a reason for this rating!
We called for service on our heating system and the initial tech that arrived was not qualified to work on our system, so they said they would send another tech who was qualified. We rescheduled to have what they called a qualified tech. He arrived late, and wasn't able/ qualified to diagnose the reason of our issue. We did have a small gasket that needed to be replaced and the tech said he could order the part however he needed to have a deposit before he would place the order

I dont want to give a star at all. I am renting my house and the Dryer wouldn't turn on, landlord was called they scheduled these "service techs". First tech showed up on time...... Service tech should mean that you can fix the issue.... not with these clowns. Tech 1 changed the fuse, which he stated was the issue but that the dryer vent line needed to be cleaned out, but that was not his job and that he would have the company call and schedule that appointment. I waited for four days before I made the call myself.... que major issues with this company. Made the appointment

I need to know why do you give a four hour window and then you don't show up on time? And then i get a phone call that says that you're running late; it's bad business. When the tech came the last time he was very nice and I requested that same tech but I don't think it's the tech's fault. I think it is whoever is responsible for making the service hours. They don't realize that you always have a problem when you show up to someone's house! It is always something that was not avoidable! Not every appliance is the same and yes parts need to be ordered! Phone agent is very nice and polite but lies about being next on the list, he'll be there soon, and won't allow you to talk to owner or manager, even after asking to have them call me. Technician was very nice, not the best at figuring out the problem. When there isn't a way to contact the manager/ owner, or she won't have them call you, consider why.

I had my clothes dryer repaired a little over 3 months ago. Service was slow and it took the repair technician several visits to fix the problem (a squeaky dryer). On the 4th month after getting this repair done my dryer is making the same squeaking noise as it did before. I called Action Appliance to find out about the warranty on the work they performed. In the meantime I have called at least a dozen times. Talked to manager twice. While on hold their advertising says. Same day service. They might want to revamp that. False advertising!!!!!

I used this group to diagnose a washer issue. They sent a technician out and determined it was a broken pump, cost $460. The issue was not resolved and they sent a technician out a 2nd time and said it was a broken pressure switch. I agreed to pay for only the actual cost of the pressure switch since they misdiagnosed the issue the first time. Sent me a 2nd bill for $190 for the pressure switch, and refuse to send an actual invoice for the cost of the part. These guys did have a quick response and did get someone out same day in the late afternoon for an install, but when the dude showed up, he never gave me the quote he was supposed to, and jumped straight to work. I'm upset with myself I allowed myself to sign their paperwork when they were done, charging me 200$+ for literally hooking up a single wire to my furnace to make my thermostat work. The dude did his job, he figured it all out, but he went the wrong way about it, and for this reason I don't think I will ever use this service again, and can strongly recommend you watch your back

We had a coupon for a furnace cleaning, so we were going to try to get a good deal. However, we were never able to actually get our furnace cleaned due to terrible customer service. We made the first appointment, and they have one of those time slots, between 8-12, for example. I have experienced this before, and understand they can come anytime in this window, but as it was approaching 11:30, I still had not heard from the technicians. I gave the company a call multiple times throughout the morning, and they said each time we were the "next" customer

They are very professional, they treated my mother with kindness and they explained what they needed to do to fix the washer. They even welded the front part of the washer so it didn't come off anymore.
Bottom line, I will tell any 1 who needs help with a major repair to use them.
