I wish I could give ZERO stars. We were connected with this company by 2-10 Home Warranty and what a horrible experience that I’m still trying to figure out. Our refrigerator door broke and will no longer close, this company sent out a repairman who confirmed that it looked like normal wear and tear. Today 2-10 calls me and tells me the claim has been rejected because Its not wear and tear... they tell me to contact the this company and ask about it. Tonya picks up the phone and is immediately rude and refuses to tell me anything. (Also note that this company now goes by Aurora Appliance Repair

Negative stars if I could. 2-10 warranty sent them out twice for my oven. After just taking the temp for 2 hours each time they said it was working fine. Had to get my own repairman. He actually took the oven out of the built in wall and inspected it. The heating element was shorting out and had even scorched my cabinet. (Could have burned the house down if I had kept using my oven and not got it properly fixed) DO NOT go with this company no matter what.

Extremely bad experience. Was send to by Lowes Protection plan coverage repair. Initially came and inspected the oven and ordered some parts. After they came and replaced the part the microwave stopped working altogether. The front desk lady was extremely rude when I called and asked for another service person to check it out. I do not think they have any clue what they are doing.

We were forced to use this company through 2-10 warranty. Our refrigerator was broken. I waited for four days and got no call. I called and talked to Tanya front desk and she was very rude. She told me to go find another company if i am not happy with them. Called 2-10 and asked for another company. Stay away. Very rude person.
