I love how the tech actually to the time to listen to the problems in the house so while he was giving us AC he also helped take care of our heating problem too. I totally 100% recommend this company.

Shawn was absolutely amazing and provides top quality service. He was able to diagnosis the issues and remedy quickly. He worked on the heating/AC at our kids apartment. He updated them and went above and beyond to call us parents out of town to ensure we knew what was happening and that our kids were taken care of as if they were his own. He ensured that the systems were safe and functional. We would highly recommend him!!

Very friendly. Shawn went through all options. There was absolutely no pressure to buy like I have experienced with other companies. He came quickly and although he had to go 25 miles go get the new part, he was back and finished on the same day. I was certain he would need to return the next day which would have been perfectly reasonable due to the time. I give Shawn 6 stars!

I thought the service was great, Shawn was clean cut, honest, very knowledgeable, funny and helpful. He was able to get my heater up and running again, which after 2 days of cold Utah weather in February, we were delighted to have heat again! I would totally recommend Harmon's heating & air to anyone!

Shawn Harmon was great to work with. He explained everything he did while assessing what needed to be done to fix our furnace. He gave us 3 different cost options for fixing the furnace. We really appreciated this because we couldn't afford the highest one to replace parts and do upgrades, but we could afford the middle price that fixed things and hot the furnace working again and should be good for some time. We like options.
Shawn was very professional, wore a mask, wore shoe covers and cleaned up after his work.

Our experience with Harmons Heating and Air was incredible. Shawn was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He explained everything, asked if we had questions, and took his time to make sure we felt comfortable with the price and repairs every step of the way. He went above and beyond to ensure we understood more about the AC unit we had, how it worked, and what he was testing. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. I literally remember thinking, "Wow, this guy is genuinely trying to help me." Way beyond 5 stars.

Wow! Submitted a HomeAdvisor request for our malfunctioning AC unit and Shawn called us shortly after on a Sunday! He came out the next day and after diagnosing our unit, gave us repair options in a professional and courteous manner. That afternoon we were up and running with a newly repaired AC unit on a hot July day! Thank you!!

WOW! I am very impressed with Harmons Heating and Air. I am a first time customer. Our AC went out last night and I called to make an appointment first thing this morning. Shawn got right back to me and was able to come to my home today. He knew exactly what needed to be fixed. He was able to get the part needed to fix my AC today. We were having some issues with our AC. So, I checked around and read some reviews and saw that Shawn had a 5 star rating. So, we gave him a shot. We are SO glad we did. He came over to do a diagnostic, answered EVERY one of our questions (and we asked a lot). He gave us multiple options with honest pricing. We chose the one that best fit our budget. He got the job done. He told my wife that his goal was to have the AC up and running before he left. He did just that. Our AC is working like a charm now. Thanks Shawn! Great job!

He came right up and it turned out to be a little more then we though but he run to orem and got the parts and come and installed more then helpful will have again.
