We called Rob because our furnace stopped working and he came right away. We liked him so much that we asked him if he would be willing to do install the ducts and vents for our basement. He is very professional, works quickly, and does a great job. I would highly recommend.

Rob was great, loved his attitude, his professionalism, quick service, he went above and beyond to help my family not suffer the heat and had our a/c replaced quickly. You could tell he cared. Excellent customer service! I love how efficient they were And was very surprised at how little time it took. We had a small area for them to work around and I know it was hard but they did it! They went the extra mile!! Above and beyond my expectations!

My A/C unit had frozen up and I really didn't know who to call at first, so I called another company at first to fix it and they quoted me $1,600 to $ 2,000 to repair it saying I had a bad piston or clog. I just didn't have a good feeling about it so I called a couple of other places and then Air Tech. Rob ask me question over the phone about the unit and said he would come over and check it out, he talked like he wanted to know what was wrong with it as much as I did. He found that all I needed was some Freon added as it had gotten low over the 19 year I've owned the A/C unit.

Their tech did a wonderful job installing a new whole-house humidifier for us. He got the job taken care in the right way and the humidifier has worked beautifully for weeks now without any major concern. He was knowledgeable, polite, helpful, and professional throughout the process. I was impressed, and would recommend this company and work very highly.
