We have had issues with our boiler for a long time. Everyone was telling us it would cost about $10,000 to replace it. Nate came up with an "outside-the-box" solution that was far less expensive and has been very effective.

I had requested bids from several other contractors to solve a complex HVAC problem at my home. At least one of them spent more than two hours at my home and left without being able to even suggest a solution. Some of the other suggestions I received would have compromised the structural integrity of my home.
