Services
We can only service fireplaces installed and purchased from Puget Sound Fireplace. In order to take care of our customers service and warranty needs in a timely manner, it is not possible to take on additional service for fireplaces not purchased from Puget Sound Fireplace. The first thing you will want to do before using your fireplace is to read the manual to learn about proper operation of the appliance.
At Puget Sound Fireplace, we have access to fireplaces, stoves, and inserts from all the premium manufactures. Contemporary design, engineering excellence, environmental considerations, and efficiency standards are the requirements of all the products we carry. Regardless of your dcor or your heating needs there is a fireplace from Superior that will fit your home perfectly.

One of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. Installed two fireplaces and neither work after 6 months. One was installed in an unsafe manner that I identified and the other was never functioning at all. Some workers appear untrained ("don't ask me I have only been working for a week and have not been trained" in the unit they are servicing!). The ownership would not engage in issue resolution. Run, do not walk, away from this business.

Worst company ever. They are very unprofessional and should go out of business. They do half the job and don’t come back for 3 months to finish. Their workers are rude and and unprofessional. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS COMPANY. I want to give them a -100. I am calling another company to finish the poor job they did. Will be reporting them to the BBB.

Terrible customer service and product. We’ve had a fireplace they installed that has repeatedly released soot out of the fireplace (permanently staining the surrounding stone) and after many service calls they have now recommended we find someone else who can fix it.. yes, fix their product. We’ve had problems on and off from the beginning and the complete lack of willingness to stand behind their product and find a permanent solution is abysmal. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

We ordered 4 fireplaces from Puget Sound Fireplace, and have had excellent service from the sales end to the installation. I called to have the fireplaces fired up and PSF came out right away. Francisco came out, and was great...friendly, fast, and professional. Would highly recommend this business for fireplaces...good price, good service!

Terrible company. If I could give a 0 star rating I would, but the lowest this rating system goes is 1 star.
They installed a fireplace for me. It was their fireplace and their installers. It is defective and getting soot all over the house. I called them to come fix it and they declined. They told me they don't have a service guy, and that I would have to call somebody else to clean or replace it.
I responded by saying it is their unit, and their work, so it should be warrantied. They said no. They told me that they can't service it because they don't have a "service guy." They won't replace

Possibly the worst place to get a fireplace from. Within the first year at a new home the pilot light on the Superior gas insert went out and the fireplace blew up (a literal explosion of gas and fire). It took three calls to get a service tech to be scheduled to honor the 1yr warranty (last year December). This year (less than one year since the repair) the same problem occurred. During the call the man on the phone (“Scorpio”) was scoffing and indicated a $275 charge was required to even come look at the problem

Service was scheduled for today between the hours of 12 to 3 pm. It is now 5:15 pm and still no one has showed up. Spoke with Dane at the company multiple times, starting at 3:15 pm, was informed he will have the service guy call me, still one one called, called at 3:40, was informed he is running late but we are next. It is now 5:20 pm and still no call or service man. This is how they do business with their clients. Construction company stop using their services.

They like to sell but they do not like to service! Have asked them multiple times to show us how to clean and maintain our fireplaces .
We were not here
when it was installed. They refuse to acknowledge our request and have never agreed to an appointment. Horrible customer service!!! Don't use them!

Bought a gas fireplace from PSFP. They installed it and did a great job working around our remodel project. We we're not able to trim out the fireplace right away, but when we were ready, they came out right away. When the remote control stopped working, the help on the phone walked me through the solution. Overall, very happy with our choice to use PSFP.

Company was hired to install new fireplaces in three new homes that are next door to ours. The installer backs up into our driveway to unload a truck full of equipment. We asked the gentleman to please move the truck because this is private driveway and private property. The guy shrugs it off and says he will just be a minute. Yeah, he can unload a full truck and install fireplaces in just a few minutes.
Minutes go by and then ask him again please move his damn truck. You are in my driveway. He gets what he needs and then pulls the vehicle just to the end of my driveway still blocking it but on
