Sorta embarrassing, but time gets the best of us. Our 13 year old fireplaces had never been serviced. Gasp! And then one quit and I needed help. Adam and Chris are professional, courteous, and friendly- they even spent time petting the dog. Clean job, laid tarps, offered to take off shoes in the house, wore masks. Give your money to the local small businesses- these guys do a great job. See you when we need our next service!

My husband and I would absolutely call A-Team again! Adam and his partner got to us in a timely manner, and not only did they fix the problem, but went way beyond the work order. Very friendly, very professional, and left us with a practically new fireplace (it even LOOKS better) for a fair price. Highly recommend!

Adam answered my phone call immediately and took the time to listen to my issue. He followed up a couple of days later and setup a service appointment. On arrival Adam's first suggestion was for me to replace my fireplace with a new one. He didn't stop there though and took the time to check the pilot assembly and tighten some loose fittings. Adam and Rob placed the vermiculite, rocks, grate and logs back in the fireplace. The final result was that it looked good to use again. There's good customer service and there is great customer service. Adam exceeded my expectations, so he provided great

I am so thankful for Adam and his team! I called when I noticed some soot on an area above our gas fireplace, the area was also hot to touch. They came out and found the problem quickly, fixed it, and cleaned the fireplace out. They are professional, knowledgeable, and personable! Would highly recommend.

Adam and his assistant were prompt and on time for our servicing appointment. They were very professional and thorough in cleaning our fireplace. We needed a switch replacement for an older model gas fireplace, and after leaving us with a great temporary solution, Adam went above and beyond to find the correct replacement with his distributor and order us one for free.
