Pro tip: these logs are hard to ignite in a cold wood stove, so we suggest putting two of these logs on a hot bed of coals to achieve a long sustained burn.perfect for those all night fires you've been trying to achieve.

After trying to work with some local fire place stores and not really getting great or timely service, we checked out Wallace's and they hooked us up with a stove exactly like we were looking for in just a day. Wallace's also did a great job of determining everything needed for our chimney and explaining the install process 👍

I bought a small wood stove from Wallace last October. They were very helpful in getting me the correct stove for my needs, and didn’t spend all their time trying to upsell me on more than I needed. They were very helpful in making sure I got everything I’d need to install it, as I planned to do my own installation. When I had a question about the stove after I purchased it, the owner or manager was very helpful, and even followed up with an email the next week to make sure I wasn’t having any further problems. Very professional and helpful. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking

I was very happy with the service I received from Service Tech, Ken. He was very knowledgeable about my gas fireplace an was able to troubleshoot the problem and replace the needed part. He also thoroughly cleaned the fireplace. My fireplace has never worked or looked better! He was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I appreciate the honest and excellent service!

Great selection, very neat showroom. The prices are reasonable. The only downside was that the staff were very very brusque. We got what we needed fast, though, so we'd probably shop here again.
They have a wide variety of stoves and gas fireplaces on display, along with pellet grills and accessories, which I thought were interesting as I'd never seen them before. They didn't have a very large selection of fireplace inserts, but the ones they did have were good quality. The fuel selection covers pretty much every need from pellets to cord wood to presto logs. They even have a few pieces of fire
