I was feeling frisky so I downloaded the app. I received reminders about the appointment, got an update on when the team was on the way, and a survey when they finished.
Not to mention the team was absolutely fabulous. Glad I signed up and would recommend. The staff and cleaners are all super friendly. They did a wonderful job with the deep clean so I decided to book a carpet cleaning for next week. The house looked great.

I had a great experience with That’s Clean! I live in Houston and I was actually in Austin at the time I scheduled the appointment. I wanted to come home to a clean space after being away. What I really loved was that I was able to do everything online. Never had to talk to anyone. A little scary but it worked out wonderfully. Their website was super easy to use and everything went great. I will say I felt it was a bit pricey for my 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 700 sqft. apartment. I ended paying $170 something. I did a basic deep clean, said I had pets and left a $20 tip. But I didn’t mind paying

The team did an excellent job on our move-out clean! They communicated well and are worth every penny. If I ever need cleaning services in Houston again, I'll be reaching out to "That's Clean Maids" first!

HORRIBLE! I hired them for a Move Out Clean. Which listed several services to be completed. They must have assumed I wouldn't be back at the home to see their final job. Once a buyer gave their realtor feedback that the house was filthy and needed a deep clean, I immediately drove back to the house (1.5 hrs away) to find that this cleaning service DID NOT DO WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO! They didn't even vacuum or mop the downstairs. Did not clean inside or outside of cabinets. knocked down drapes in master bedroom and didn't let me know. I was overly nice to the company and ask that they comply
