Even though they were completely booked, Sonia found an appointment for us and kept us up to date on our oven repair and part arrival. Juan came and quickly assessed the situation and took care of the repair in an efficient and timely manner. Great service, reasonable price. Fisher-Paekel oven. Highly recommended!

If I could give Jags more stars, I would. They were responsive, professional, thorough and honest. The oven on 20-year old Viking range stopped working. I had called another shop and the person they sent out didn't even bother to diagnose the problem. Repair guy said it was the relay and it would cost $900 plus another $600 labor to fix! Asked for $85 for the service call and said their office would call to schedule the repair. No call back after that. While investigating the price of the Viking relay and thermostat online, it was clear that that shop was a rip off.

This place is an absolute nightmare to work with, we have a new Thermador Appliance which was installed in a new home. Thermador told me to contact Jags Appliance as they were the preferred repairer.
Thermador told me to reach out to Jags Appliance as they had a contract with them. I called and spoke to Sonia, Sonia was very rude and told me that she needed to contact Thermador herself and that she could not just send someone out, she said she would call me back.

Jags has helped us twice fixing issues with our viking refrigerator. They are efficient and even showed my husband how to fix a freezer issue we were having to save us money next time. The receptionist is always very kind and helpful. The guy comes on time, knows his stuff and leaves efficiently. Would highly recommend.

My new appliance repair service company!! My Bosch dishwasher and Dacor oven stopped working at about the same time. Juan diagnosed the problems in both appliances right away. He returned to replace the parts and everything has been working wonderfully. He and Sonia are very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and cheerful. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service by an extremely experienced technician. Juan repaired our 19-year old Bosch dishwasher that needed a valve replacement (thank goodness it wasn't a triple bypass--haha) Sonya, who manages the office and is also professional and nice, was very communicative in the timing of when they expected to receive the part, as it was coming from out of state. Juan came back to our house as soon as they received the valve and fixed our dishwasher in no time. He is fast, smart, genuinely helpful and very proud of his work--as he should be. He will definitely be our go-to repair

I had a Viking dishwasher drain issue and I have used Jags for my other appliances. Sonia answered the call and given this was urgent she accommodated me the next day for Juan to come out. Juan was super experienced and professional. He diagnosed quickly and found there were things stuck in the air gap pipe. He unclogged it, cleaned everything, and whew the dishwasher washer worked! More importantly he found the dishwasher was not installed correctly and helped to fix it so it would open/close easily. Ok first Sonia is amazing!!! Our Fisher and Paykel refrigerator ice machine died (again) and the warranty company gave our case to Jags after another company failed. Sonia did not give up trying to contact me :) Juan came and replaced the ice maker speedy quick and I have to say after 3 replacements this one really seems to be the best one yet! I will definitely use Jags again for our appliance repair! :)

We love these guys! Sonia answered the call and did a great job setting up the appointment. On the day of the appointment their technician named Juan Prado came on time and did a clean and quality job fixing our fridge in no time. This guys is caring, skilled and knows his business really well - best of all he's got a great bedside manner. While there I asked him couple of other questions about the dishwasher and the stove and he shared his insight without any attitude. If you are looking for someone to do a good job on your repair, I highly recommend Jags!

I've a 14-year old Viking stove that has proved to be a real workhorse. After a couple of very unfortunate experiences with repair firms, I put in a call to Jags, and they've been a joy to work with ever since.
Juan generally has the right part in his truck to deal with the problem, but if he does have to schedule a second visit after receipt of an ordered part, his office is meticulous about following up.
It's clear, there's no speculation involved, Juan knows from experience what the fix is. He's efficient and cheerful. I know

I was referred to this company by a place that used to sell Viking stoves but doesn't any longer.
I called and left a message and they called back but I missed the call. When I called back, nobody answered. After 2 days of playing phone tag, I gave up and called another firm. (Got a person on the first call!) After I called to tell them not to bother calling back, I got a message that the receptionist was at the doctor. If she had just left that info in her message, with a good time to call back, I might not have gone elsewhere...

I contacted JAGS to fix three of my Viking appliances (microwave, cooktop and oven). Sonya was very helpful setting up an appointment. Juan arrived at my home, friendly and professional. He moved quickly diagnosing the issue with each product. He adjusted the flame and cleaned the burners on my cooktop, tested the temperature in my ovens that resulted in ordering a new thermostat, and made a phone call to check on part costs to determine if fixing the microwave would out-weigh ordering a new one. ( I opted for a new microwave)
