I have to first state these guys did not repair my Frig or charge me for a service call.
This review is about a honest business owner in the community. I contacted Ed the owner of the business about a problem with my Sear/LG frig. The unit was built 3/2018. With going into detail, Ed gave me a wealth of information regarding the issues with the product, a recommendation of what to do.
The what to do did not include having him come out. This man could have made a nice piece of change servicing the Frig, however he chose to help me in lieu of making money.

Stay away from this con artist you have been warned!!!! This guy will do anything to get u to pay him and he will do the worst crappy job ever and tell u lies he will stand by his work and all bit when he leaves and the fridge goes out in 10hrs or so he will be long gone with your money and will never ever attempt to pick up your call or anything worst guy ever!!! Came out to fix a noisy fridge. They did not replace the part but still charged me for the part. how do i know? they admitted it when it broke again and they said they needed to order the part. 8 calls later it still isnt fixed and they pretend they dont know me even though i have a receipt from them with the warranty clearly spelled out

My partner hired JC Appliance Repair but the estimate of $357 made me suspicious, so I Yelped him, and then cancelled any dealings with him. JC said we needed a new motor. But Now the tenant tells me "3 small pieces of food got stuck and clogged the drain." It is about a year old dishwasher. So we're out the $175 deposit from JC Appliance and I owe my regular appliance guy, John's Appliance in La Mesa a great big thank you.

This is by far the absolute worst appliance repair company I have ever used. I have spent months trying to get them to actually fix an appliance, most calls swear "I will call you right back" or "We will be there between 8-11 tomorrow" and then they simply don't show up. They screen their calls, you have to call with a blocked number to reach them if you are a current customer. Run run run run run to any other service.

Our freezer was warming up so we called out JC appliance to fix it. Everything seemed cool at first. The guy came on time and said that it was low on freon and that it was dirty underneath. So he filled it with more freon and vacuumed it and was in his way. The freezer did work for about two months then the same problem started again. I tried to call them back out to look at it but their phone was disconnected. So I called another repair guy out. He checked the freon levels and said that the original guy actually put to much pressure in there. He determined that the problem

Horrible Horrible Horrible Customer Service and they do not even fix your problem. Called on 01/04/16 Did not get someone out until 01/06/16 They said it was a bad drain pump motor and inlet house for a dishwasher and did not even get someone back out till a month later. Even then they did not fix it because they had the wrong motor! Now I can't even get an Answer from phone calls their phone number 858-652-8119. ALERT! This 'company' is a huge farce. I found them on Craigslist - and Sam came to fix my refrigerator... This was by far the worst experience ever.
Sam told me he needs to get his Freon tank - so he had to leave and come back hours later (I am sure he doesn't have a license for that either).
He charged me $175 to 'refill the freon' but in order to do that he had to retrofit some factory sealant setting, blah-blah and basically I got 9 hours of cold air. That's it.
Called him back, he said: yes, my mistake - let me do it again. This time I maybe got 1 day of cold

Horrible customer service, owner is Sam, came out to fix fridge and asked for a deposit, said 2 thing wrong with fridge and asked for non refundable deposit, came back with someone else who only replaced 1 part instead of 2, was just happy to get fridge fixed so didnt care, said 24 hours for fridge to start getting cold, 3 days later still nothing, left several voicemails and nothing, now 3 weeks later and fridge still not fixed or refund. The service tech was on time, diagnosed my refrigerator in a matter of minutes. Explained what needed to be done fixed it on the same visit.
The price was competitive.
After he repaired the refrigerator he gave me advice on how to maintain my refrigerator.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Total shysters. I found an ad on Craigslist and called the company out to repair my 2 year old $3,000 GE Profile fridge when the ice maker and freezer stopped working. The repair guy came out and said it was low on pressure (refrigerant) and charged $240-- cash only-- to fill it. The next day we still did not have freezing temperatures, so we called again and left messages, calling and calling. They called back and said it takes awhile. Found them on Craigslist. Worst company I have ever experienced!! When I called them for service, they came and collected money and left me with still a broken fridge. I called them the next day and told them the fridge is not cooling and they said they will call their tech to stop by and check it out. I have called them everyday for the past week and everyday was a no show and they made me wait for them. Now when I called, they just don't answer the phone and it goes straight to answering service.

Same as the rest...I had this company come out to repair my whirpool fridge on 6/18/2014 (I also found them on Craigslist), due to the bottom portion no longer cooling from ice buildup in the freezer blocking the air vents. They came out and replaced the defroster unit and charged me $160. In 2 weeks the freezer iced up again and stopped cooling the fridge.
