My name is Chad Hefke. I am the owner of Royal Treatment Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning. Together with my wife Colleen we run Royal Treatment with honesty and strong moral principle. I Started cleaning carpets in 1996. I worked my way up in a company in Naperville until I was managing their cleaning employees.

The installers ( Roberto & Gorge) just left. I could not be more please with the entire operation of Royal Flooring. The initial contact with Zee the salesman showed up on time, wearing a mask and was so polite and knowledgeable. Every time I called and spoke with different workers they were all polite and took care of my concerns or answered my questions. The installers called to let me know exactly what time they would arrive, did a great job and cleaned everything. I will definitely be called them again in the future.

All I want to say to anyone reading these reviews is to HIRE Royal Treatment Capet cleaning services and you won't bother with any other carpet cleaning company!!! Chad is thorough, courteous, detailed to his profession and very polite. He protects walls and furniture with barriers and seals off the door opening to minimize cold air infiltration from the hoses used for cleaning. My carpets looks better than when new and he moved everything all by himself, including putting the items on Styrofoam blocks. His pricing was great as was he. I will use him again once I finish patching and sanding the

I had some water piling up in one of the basements and I contacted Chad after 24 hours of the incident. he did an amazing job to restore without costing me an arm and a leg. I was able to prevent water damage and carpet replacement. No odor, no mold, no stains on the carpet when he left. Chad is a thoroughly professional, knowledgable and very honest gentleman! Highly recommended.

This is our second time using Royal Treatment to clean our carpets. We have two dogs and a cat and our carpets look as new as they did the day we bought them! Chad is extremely knowledgeable and really does an outstanding job. He is quick and very professional. It’s no wonder his business has been going strong for as long as it has! Excellent work at a reasonable price! I was surprised when he said he'd come by on a Sunday and even more so when he said he could get it done that day so we could start moving our furniture in sooner! Saved me tons of time! Carpet looks amazing and the smell from the previous owners dog is gone. Very pleased and look forward to future services!
