If i can leave 0 stars i would literally spent 2.5 hours on my kitchen and i do not keep a nasty house i just wanted extra help for a small gathering i was hosting and when i called they literally gave 30 extra mins for the rest of my house very poor customer service would not recommend

I booked this cleaning company to do a move in clean. I booked it 4/27 for a cleaning on 5/14. I told made it clear when I was booking that it was a move in clean and that I had movers coming in the next day to move things into our new home. Not a problem they said, it would be about a three/four hour clean for two people. About a week later the date of our closing moving up so I called to see if they had any earlier appointments, they didn't which was fine, but I did remind them and confirm that the cleaning was scheduled for 2-3pm on the 15th.
On the 15th, 2pm comes around and there are no cleaners

Vanessa arrived late. I had discussed with both Jose when making the appointment as well as Vanessa at the time we did our walk through the focus should be the oven and fridge. I had already swept, vacuumed and mopped the downstairs prior to her arriving. When she did finally arrive and I did a walk through with her she verbalized she understood the goal for the move out clean. When I checked back in 4 hours later, she was not even cleaning the kitchen, the downstairs floors looked worse, with a layer of film and footprints, she never vacuumed or even returned to the upstairs, the oven was not

I paid over 200 dollars for this service to do a deep cleaning of my parents home before my mother was to go for major surgery. The cleaners not only showed up late, but also cleaned 4 out of the 6 requested rooms and then left. The deep cleaning package claims that the fridge and oven where to be cleaned, which where not. This service is unprofessional and a scam. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

We have been using Marvelous Maids for over a year now. It is very easy to book online and change your time if needed. Everyone they have sent us has been professional, punctual and very thorough. Erika has been especially great and when I had a baby she brought over baby safe cleaners to use which was very thoughtful :)

Marvelous Maids bailed me out BIG TIME!
I had a cleaning company scheduled to perform a "move out clean" on a Saturday, but they never showed. The no-show, combined with the fact that the buyers were doing the walk-though the next day, put me in a tight spot. Further compounding the issue, my departure out of state was that afternoon.
Fast forward, and after a few Saturday morning calls, I reached Marvelous Maids, who quickly assured me everything could be accomplished the same day via their service.

Vanessa did a wonderful job cleaning for my parents before their townhouse goes on the market for sale. She was very detailed orientated and worked very hard to get the house spotless. She took all the COVID19 precautions and protocols seriously. Scheduling was easy and would highly recommend this company and Vanessa.
