This business was a pleasure to deal with. Everyone was very professional and pleasant to work with. From the very beginning to the very end. Rob the salesman explained everything in detail and the price quoted was the final price I paid with no hidden fees or surprises. The ladies at the office, especially Virginia & Lisa were very nice and prompt to answer questions and return calls. The crews arrived when I was told they would and they were very prompt and I feel they did an excellent job. They were quick but efficient and were very tidy and clean about thier work. As soon as I called, they scheduled someone to come out to see the house and create a bid for the work. As I was still waiting for days afterwards for two competing companies to submit bids, I went ahead and awarded the job to Integrity. They had installed a roof for me years before, and their work was good.
My experience after that was a complete pleasure. Their crew came out on the scheduled day, at the appointed time, and 1.5 days later, my new roof was looking beautiful. They made sure I was happy all along the way -- before, during and after.

We received quotes from several companies before choosing Integrity. Integrity provided a level of comfort and professionalism I didn't feel from the others. After contract signing, Integrity was very responsive to schedule changes I needed to make due to insurance and solar panel removal. We are very satisfied with the end product and highly recommend Integrity Roofing and Siding.

Integrity removed our existing wood siding and replaced with James Hardie siding. All work was completed very quickly with no impact to us or the yard. They cleaned things up so well afterward that we could hardly tell they had even been working on the house.

Really appreciated Integrity Roofing's professionalism and customer service. The repair was completed well and looks great! I like that the estimator/repair tech took before and after pics, and explained the planned work. The pricing was within the range we expected for the size of repair (on the higher end of that range). Basically, from past experiences with roofing and roof repairs, the lesson is you get what you pay for.

The communication with Integrity is great! As opposed to the usual with home repair companies, with whom you are exchanging countless emails and waiting for a call back to figure out when the workers will FINALLY arrive, there was an established schedule, hour by hour updates about what to expect and next steps, and a clear process about how everything would go. DEFINITELY would recommend.

We had a roof that needed total replacement -- down to the decking -- and also required some carpentry work. It was a huge job that I did not want to trust to just anyone. Integrity was professional and beyond helpful from initial visit to quote to install. They bid the job to be done right, helped us navigate with insurance, and were never hard-sell. When we raised a concern on an install day, I received multiple calls immediately, including from the owners, to assure me that my concerns were being addressed. Post-installion follow-up was excellent and I felt that my business was truly valued

Their customer service was outstanding. Communication was key as they emailed and/or called on a continuous basis to let us know about when our project would start. Our roof was completed in a day and a half. Quality work completed by hard-working and courteous employees. I will definitely recommend Integrity Roofing and Siding to family and friends.

My husband & I are thankful that we checked the BBB and found Integrity Roofing. We got a great price with great materials that will protect our home for decades to come. ALL the staff are wonderful; especially, Luke and Robert. They provided excellent customer service and that is something you can't put a price on !! THIS IS A 6 ****** STAR COMPANY. It is a waste of your time to call on any other roofing company. We originally scheduled 6 free consultations/inspections. One was way over budget; one was not as knowledgeable as INTEGRITY, one was not using the same high quality of materials as Integrity

After my last roofing installer failed in each of their attempts to correct the roof leaks I was experiencing, I called Integrity Roofing and Siding to set up an appointment for their repair person, Steve, to come to my home and provide an estimate for the repairs.
