My basement flooded from a backed up sewer line. There was a good inch of, what the industry calls, blackwater in my finished basement (drywall, carpeting, etc.). Someone came out, did a couple readings, and then said what I'm doing with a fan and a dehumidifier is good and there was nothing for them to do. This blackwater covered the entire carpeted section. It was soaked into the walls visibly one to two inches from the ground. The smell was awful.
They didn't charge me for this house call and they did come out right away.

Everyone did a great job communicating about the work needed. Curt, Jim, and the whole team took care of our crawlspace quickly and at a reasonable price. They were recommended by our insurance company. -A year later, I asked if they could come back out to inspect our crawl again as we were going to have encapsulation done and a dehumidifier put it. Curt was out in just a few days and looked everything over, answered my questions, and gave our crawlspace a clean bill of health. I would use them again if needed.

I spoke with Jim and Buddy on the phone and they were both extremely professional and just genuinely likable! The guy that came out for the inspection was friendly and informative. The crew that remediated the crawl space and replaced the vapor barrier were also professional, kind, informative, and just good people. They let me know about an issue I had with my Hose bibs, and how to properly ventilate my crawl space, even going as far as to properly secure my dryer vent that had been unhooked for who knows how long. I absolutely recommend The Mold Removers!

We had Mold Removers come to our home and inspect the crawlspace.
After visually inspection the crawlspace they indicated we had mold growth
on most of our floor joists and the decking. They provided an estimate
which was very reasonable. They we able to do the work in one day.
We are completely satisfied with the work and the company. We highly
