If you call for an inspection/quote, ask for Mark. He gave 30 minutes notice, and showed up at the beginning of the time window. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable and spent about 15 minutes looking around the damp spot in the drywall for evidence of where the leak may be coming from. He had a ton of useful information to share with me including how to clean the area and treat it. In the end, I ended up taking care of the project myself due to it not being quite as bad as I had anticipated, but the next time I have to call someone for mold issues, I will definitely call IMR.

Removed wallpaper and found mold behind it. I called to see if someone could evaluate the situation to make sure that the mold wasn't deeper than the surface. They were able to come out within a few days. Mark was very helpful with telling me how to remediate the mold that was surface only. He gave a lot of tips and tricks to make sure I do it properly and safely with the right products. Had a great experience with Indiana Mold Remediation. Set up an appointment and they came out to inspect a couple spots I wasn't sure about on some grout in our bathroom and cinderblock basement walls. The inspection was free and I never once felt like I was being sold a lemon! Mark was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Mark came out and gave us our estimate which honestly I was expecting the worst. I relieved when he gave us the quote to have mold removed from the attic and crawl. We also had a new vapor barrier installed and the old one removed. Mark was very professional and I appreciated his time coming out and explaining the process. The crew that came to do the work were very friendly and helpful. Not going to lie wasn’t a fan of having to be out the house while they worked and for 24 hours afterward but these guys were good and professional. We had a leak under our kitchen sink that needed attention from IMR before we sold our house. Brian did an excellent job on his inspection, educating us as he went. Daniel and Noah, who provided the remediation service, were prompt, efficient, pleasant to work with, quick, and provided photos of their work. While we hope to not need mold work done again, if we need to, we’ll call Indiana Mold Remediation!

We had a good experience with the people of Indiana Mold Remediation. They removed the mold we had in our garage due to an issue with our roof. It looks great, and the mold hasn't returned! Would use them again in the future, but hopefully we won't need to!

Brian at IMR was great! We were able to schedule a next-day appointment to have a mold inspection for our in-process bathroom remodel. Even though Brian had the wrong address for our house and ended up on the other side of town, he still got here within the arrival window, was very straightforward with his assessment and gave us lots of advice for our project. He was professional, courteous and we would definitely call him again!

This company is awesome! I was able to get an appointment next day. Aaron is VERY knowledgeable about all aspects of mold, deteriorating paint and all requirements. This company gives free estimates and does not try to sell services that are unnecessary.
