Jacob is insanely knowledgeable and helpful and goes above and beyond to make everything right. The entire team understands mycotoxin illness and how to properly remediate both mold and mycotoxins. They also give a warranty that can be renewed annually which is rare. Very professional, compassionate staff! And the job was well done.

We used this company years ago for remediation and absolutely got taken to the cleaners by paying them $7200 to “remediate” our 1200 sq. ft. house. They use your fear of mold to sell you services. We had signs of mold, yes, which is why we had them out, but they never found the source of it, so some weeks after they came out, the musty smell returned (And remained until a large enough storm came through to reveal the source two years later).
Their salesman, Bay, was a bit dramatic by trying to sell us simply on fear since mold is such a huge unknown and controversial topic in real estate.

We have had the American Mold Experts Warranty program for several years. The house crawlspace was treated for mold a few years ago and is inspected again each year. We receive a thorough report with photos. The inspector calls before the visit to let us know his time of arrival. He has the previous years report for reference. The inspector is professional, thorough and very personable, answering any questions. An excellent service

I would NOT even consider hiring a "certified mold firm" who does not thoroughly understand MYCOTOXIN remediation. And I want it in writing on their website as that is a legal document. What most people do not understand are: 1) you can have a mold infestation in a house that looks and smells clean, and does not have visible mold or mold smells, and 2) mold that has been removed or remediated leave behind deadly mycotoxins that most remediators or removal specialists DO NOT address, and 3) many remediators or removal specialists use chemical formulas that cause more harm than good. We worked with this company for remediation of mold found in our home upon selling. Everyone was very straight forward with expectations from the very beginning and nothing changed as they went through the process. It was seamless and effortless and the mold was removed. Very disappointed; inspector promised results in two days, in a week, we had to call to have them sent to us. Emailed a very generic report, no followup phone call to explain. Had to call again to get the actual lab results; again, no followup explanation. I really think we wasted our money on this company.

We suspected that our daughter's dorm room had mold so we set up an appointment with American Mold Experts to take Air Quality and swab tests in her room. Charles, from AME arrived on time and was very nice to my daughter and her roommate. Not being in Indiana and my college aged daughter having to take care of this was somewhat stressful as a mom. I was very happy to hear AME was extremely professional and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone!

We had a mold issue from a leaky roof (previous owner) and in our basement, HVAC duct work, and crawl space. American Mold Experts came, did several swabs and tests and confirmed our issues. We set a date for the treatment, they were on time, and brought extra people in their crew to complete the task in one day rather than the two days planned. … (We were 2 hours south of Indy) When all was completed, they walked me throughout the house and basement, showing me what they had accomplished and my house smelled fresh and of cloves. I was happy with their workmanship and their professionalism
