David was my Locksmith and he was extremely helpful while maintaining a polite attitude throughout the whole process.
Also we had alot in common as he knew the park I was in and offered guidance to the area. Even though losing your keys is a stressful event its nice to have someone who can help alleviate the tension.

Gene was prompt and professional in replacing two door knobs that had become jammed. He knew exactly how to handle the situation. In fact, Quality Key Service Locksmith was the only company out of several I called who immediately recognized what had happened to my doors and the best way to fix them! I highly recommend!

I just bought a house in Texas but am still living out of state. Gene coordinated with my real estate agent to meet her at the house and re-key all the locks for me. I was able to get an appointment with him quickly and he was easy to work with, very professional and reasonably priced. I will definitely call Gene again if I ever need a locksmith. My real estate agent was very impressed also and said she would be using his locksmith services again as well.
