Grateful they are located in Boerne, TX!!!
I called at 6:48 PM, they arrived at my location within 15 minutes and about five minutes later I was gladly paying for the services provided. Yes, definitely with my keys in hand and not in the cupholder as they were minutes before.
I'd call them again...but I hope I never need to again. I'll stick to referring them. 👍

Used to be great, always used them. This time they ordered parts when I told them to wait for me to send a photo of the parts I already had. They didn't even give me a price quote. They came in unscheduled and unexpected to install, became angry when I told them the order had not been approved. Took great offense to questions about options for installation. Pressured us to approve the work because the parts were "not returnable".

Locking your keys in your car is a frustrating situation. I called at 6pm and was stranded for a little over 10 minutes which is a super short wait time than past locksmiths I've experienced. The guy that came out to get my car unlocked was awesome. He got me in my car in less than a minute and even made me a spare, took no more than 8 minutes. The price was also fair. I was super grateful to get such awesome service.

Completely professional. Have called before with great results. THIS TIME: had 2 dogs accidentally locked in the car (& was panicking!). A-1 was going to be approx. 30 mins. to arrival. Told them live animals were locked in the car. They turned around & called another locksmith in Boerne. They had someone at my car in 10 mins. I sincerely appreciate professionalism that puts the client first. Thank you.

Called this company on a friday night because I lost the key to my uhaul truck in the middle of I-10 near Sonora Texas on my way to Vegas. Even though the replacement key cost me 100 dollars, they guy was there super fast (so fast he got a ticket for going 95). I don't know what I would have done without the A1. Thanks guys!! Do yall ever take time off??

My wife and I went for a run and she locked the door behind us. When we got back we were locked out. Called a1 and they came to my house within 15 minutes. Ken was very polite and helpful. Cost me $75 dollars but well worth it considering we were only locked out for 30 minutes. I would recommend to anyone.

A1 Boerne Locksmith, i Cannot give them a rating because there are no negative Stars!!! On Monday Oct 23, 2014 i had an appointment for them to meet me at Wal-Mart in Boerne,TX. Not only did they not show, after i called two times, and their message recorder said they would get back with their first available agent. They never returned any of my calls, not a very good way to run a business!! And now it is Thursday, and still not heard from them, good luck guys. well i have to give them a one star or it won't post.
