I bought a Living Social coupon to use this service. When I called to first schedule the appointment, he didn't want to schedule something more than 1 week in advance. When I insisted, I had to text him the appointment day and time, as well as my address. The day before the appointment I called him to confirm. Ten minutes after scheduled appointment time, I called and he said he had it down for a different day. I sent him the original text. Beware! I dealt directly with the owner of this business and he is unprofessional, dishonest, and does poor work.
I bought a Living Social deal that was to cover 3 rooms of carpet cleaning, I was only getting one room cleaned but needed a pet treatment. He charged me double the original price to pet treat one room and then did not treat the entire floor with the pet treatment - he left residue behind on the floor and had to be called out again to correct it.
In the end, his cleaning made the situation worse and he denied ever saying that his process would work, or that I paid him extra
