Eric was super professional and very kind! I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. He was even early for the appointment which was better for our schedule for moving out of state with a huge Uhaul truck. The carpets look and smell fantastic!!!

Eric from E & M carpet cleaning was great and affordable! He arrived in the time window. He was nice enough to show us the pet stains that we hadn't even seen. He was thorough and fast. He took extra precautions for our pets and kid. Very friendly and best of all he took social distancing precautions and always wore his mask correctly. We will definitely be using E & M Carpet Cleaning for our annual and as needed cleanings.
