Some call them their furry loved ones and many call them family. We have a few clients that even call them their furry children. They're amazing and we we can't help but love them. However there are times where we may not love what they do to our furniture, belongings, and carpet; especially during the potty training stage.

Premier Carpet Cleaning was very good at communicating with me, were very courteous and professional, and Zakary did a wonderful job! The only reason I didn't give the fifth star is because the overspray was left on my floor. My floors are laminate so they were ok but it was a concern.

I needed someone last minute to come clean carpets before we had a newborn baby. I called this place last minute because the place I had called before never called me back and could tell they didn't really want to do it. Premier was soo friendly on the phone and booked me right away for the same day. The guy came out and was right on time. Took him about an hour and the carpets looked amazing!!! He did an amazing job and will definitely use them again!

Premier came out the same day after another carpet cleaning service dropped the ball. We had already moved all the furniture out of the rooms to prepare to have the carpets re-stretched and cleaned. They really saved us a lot of extra work. Cory was wonderful, fast and professional. I will definitely be using Premier again.

West was very knowledgeable and caring about my furniture. Explained everything he was going to do and how long it would take. The price was reasonable. He gave great recommendations to keep my furniture looking good for longer and how to protect my furniture. I will definitely call Premier again to clean my house. Some jobs are better left to the professionals. I trust Premier to help me keep my home clean. Totally love the service I received.

Wes patched a stained area of carpet and then cleaned all our carpets. He did an excellent job on the patch, took extra care not to bump walls or corners with his equipment, thoroughly cleaned our carpets, even getting out some old stains, and went above and beyond by pointing out a potential issue with our outdoor water faucet. Overall extremely professional service. I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them!

Daniel was the technician who showed up and was very courteous and professional…and he had a personality which was refreshing! He took his time and did a thorough job. Everything is still drying so I will see how it looks at the end but overall I am very satisfied! Everything smells and looks so much cleaner. I had used this company in the past several years ago when the owner himself was the one cleaning. I remember being very happy with their service and seemed like such good men. Their company has grown since then and there is a reason for that! The work is top notch! I would highly recommend

Premier Carpet Cleaning was fantastic. I filled out an online quote, got a call from the company to talk through the quote, and then scheduled a time to have my carpet cleaned. On the day of, our technician Corey arrived promptly at the scheduled time. I walked him around the area to be cleaned (a living room and bedroom on the same floor), and he began his work. He was done and out the door in about 20 minutes. Super friendly, courteous, and professional. Highly recommend.
