I came up there on 3 different occasions to get my car serviced and was told I had to come back even though they closed service at 7pm including Saturdays. I was there at 4pm. I could not even get an appointment because they said they was booked until mid February. I was given an appointment for 2 days later after stating i will just go to Michael Jordan's Nissan and get my service done. I receive so many emails from crossroads and not a 1 said closings indefinity Saturdays. That piece of information would have been good to know.

I brought my vehicle to the Crossroads Nissan wake Forrest dealership for an ICC sensor issue. I was told the sensor was working fine, but it needed to be recalibrated.
I was charged $350.00 for recalibration, but this did not correct the problem. When I brought back the vehicle to the dealership, I was told then that it was a faulty sensor and it would cost $1900.00 to replace it.

Immediately after writing a nice review of how they were EV forward and helping the community, and receiving a nice response… they locked down the charger so no non-Nissan could use it now.
Yes, it is your charger and your money. I respect that. But it’s sad that you needed to lock it down requiring a pin code or card to use.
Fred Anderson Nissan does not do this and it’s still free and open. I spoke to them and they have no plans of locking it down currently.
Bummer…

I worked with Demarius, from first email untill the end of the purchase process. I reached out about a vehicle I was interested in on the website, and Demarius reached out to me to invite me to come check out the inventory and discuss what I was looking for. Not only did he make the decision-making process easy, but he validated my choice of vehicle in a way that was really authentic and made me super excited to drive my new car. I've worked with a lot of car sales people and I can't say that anybody else has embodied both the knowledge and enthusiasm in equal parts. Everyone over at crossroads

I purchased my 2018 Nissan Rouge October 2020. I gave my insurance information to the financial representative. I paid and I drove off in my vehicle. One year later I find out that my insurance company never knew about the sale. My Nissan Rouge was never added to my policy, nor was my old Nissan Altima dropped. Please explain to me how this could of happened.
