Walked in and was greeted by Deb. After telling her that we were looking for backsplash she said if we had any questions she’s here to help. There was zero pressure and she could tell that customers wanted to look at all the beautiful tile before going over any details. After looking for a couple minutes I explained that I love the white subway tile but it wouldn’t work in the kitchen because it would be too much white and no warmth. My husband and I worked closely with Pam for our master bathroom remodel. We couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. Pam was able to build us a look that was exactly what I was looking for and made herself available in the store and via email at all times to hold our hand throughout the process. Not only was she extremely helpful but her eye for design is fantastic! We are so thrilled with our experience and couldn’t recommend Pam and concept II enough!

Everyone told me you could do a kitchen remodel on your own and a designer was expensive. Here is the thing, it was simple, so MONEY WELL SPENT and this is from a miser when it comes to anything. The process was simple, they took care of everything. We didn't have to find an electrician and a plumber and a tile guy, they just did it all. So if you are looking to do a kitchen remodel, or a bath remodel I guess they do, this was the simplest, easiest way. Not the cheapest, but it was worth the money we spent easily in convenience. Concept II is a quality business. The whole process of redoing our master bathroom was seamless. All the staff we encountered were very professional and excellent at their position. They made the whole process of deciding on details for the installation easy. The installer that did our project was a perfectionist and a detail person and as a result our bathroom is perfect. We just walk in our bathroom and feel we our in the lap of luxury. Especially remarkable, was the superb level of craftsmanship, attention to fine detail, and completion of the entire project according to timeline. Working with Linda, Deb, Aaron, Jessie and George was nothing less than a positive and pleasant experience. Using Concept II was one of the best decisions I made when it came to building my new house. I used them to design the kitchen, mudroom and 4 bathrooms and purchased all cabinets and appliances through them. They installed everything that they designed and their work was impeccable. They were very knowledgeable and prompt with any questions or changes that needed to be made along they way - and even were accessible after normal work hours. I will be using them for my next project which is a full bathroom in my finished basement. I would highly recommend them!!
